Blossom Moments Flowers

I’ve made many purchases over time at Blossom Moments because they actually have beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price. However the customer service is not up to standard, whenever you pick your own flowers and ask them to make an arrangement I’ve always gotten attitude from their florists and it feels as if they’re giving me the flowers for free. I’ve only had a pleasant experience with their florist once. In addition, the service is extremely rushed and I understand that it’s busy and there’s only around 3 people working however a little kindness and understanding will go a long way. Hope they improve their customer service and experience as they have great products.

I’ve never seen my mom so happy with a flower arrangement. My mom really wanted flowers for my graduation so I came in last minute without any specific request. The florist was very knowledgeable and picked out a very beautiful selection of flowers. Everyone complimented the peonies especially :)

This is the prettiest store I’ve ever been to!!! Their flowers are so fresh and their arrangements are beautiful! Their customer service is also pristine and profesional. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff who were very enthusiastic to help me. They are so creative and pay lots of attention to details, and will tailor their bouquets to your exact needs. The staff will always make sure you leave the store happy and smiling. Best experience ever!

On my hunt for a decent pricing flower boutique I came across this place. I picked flowers as per theme of bridal shower which I was invited for. The options are not many but still pretty decent. Pricing is a bit high as they are located in the mall at a good location, it was convenient to reach. I got a customise bouquet of roses. It was nicely done and was handed to me in a bag. Florist were very helpful, she asked me about my budget and the event along with the theme and suggested me the flowers. Overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

I gave the second star for the nice arrangement.My husband ordered flowers for me before from blossom and we were disappointed but because of the convenience and being close to home in the mall, we decided to give it another chance. This time, my husband got the flowers delivered to me for my birthday and as you can see from the pictures they are not fresh and instead old. Any grocery store stems are much more fresh than what we got from blossom

I came to get flowers for my parents wedding anniversary and everything was just amazing. I got a forever flowers bouquet and a fresh flowers bouquet and they were gorgeous. They really did an amazing job. The prices were so reasonable compared to other flower shops, I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve purchased a number of arrangements from Blossom Moments, dating back to the year they opened at the Square One location. The quality in those days was exceptional - the arrangements were unique and long-lasting with the proper care. I would say that the price premium was justified.Over the years, I’ve noticed the pricing continue to go up and quality has steadily decreased. I recently purchased an arrangement for Valentine’s Day - a laughably small arrangement for the price. It seems that most of the cost went into the packaging. Further, the quality is simply not there anymore. The flowers were not fresh on pickup and were starting to noticeably wilt on day 2. They have now barely lasted 4-5 days with proper care.Very disappointing!

I had such an amazing experience at Blossom Moments Flowers! The florist was really helpful and patient while assisting me in choosing the flowers for my bouquet. Highly recommend for their outstanding service and gorgeous floral creations!
