American Eagle Store

This is for Aerie. So I’m hoping that a manager who can do something sees this. If I could give no stars, I would. Because absolutely nothing the three associates did was worth a star. We walked in, the store was empty and all three associates were standing at cash. Upon seeing us, there was no greeting. We walked around being stared at and no attempts were made to see what we were looking for, let us know about any deals or anything. My sister was looking through drawers to find what they needed and the girls just kept chatting at cash. One girl in a lime green sweater actually had a little scroll on her phone. Other people came in and again they got no help. One girl just had to go up to cash and ask for what she needed. One associate left to go get her wallet and then come back and buy something and then come back to the floor. She was the lead and manager on duty today. Once we were ready to pay we walked up to the cash. The girl in the lime green sweater smiled at us and nodded to tell us she could check us out. She said nothing throughout the whole transaction until she gave us our total. Had my sister not needed new undies because the airport lost her baggage, we would have left without buying anything. I thought Aerie was supposed to be a super fun and friendly girly store. Instead we got 3 girls who don’t look like they’re going to outgrow high school attitude.

To be honest I have nothing against the brand actually I love American Eagle and I have spent more than enough buying clothes from them, but last time I went to THIS BRANCH to return something that I bought online, I got there little late it was almost 6 pm but they were still customers in the line buying stuff, so I asked them to receive my returning clothes, there was a teenager girl supposedly a sales associate told me we are about to close so cant do it now even though people still in the line. Anyway I said ok because I thought she is right I got there late, so went to exit the shop then I remembered I went there at the first place to ask about returning policy and other things when you buy something from their online shop, when I went back the girl got very angry and almost shouted at me to the point I got embarrassed in front of my friend and other customers, so I just exited the shop without saying anything else. I really don't want to go this branch again, I prefer to go to other branches even on other side of the city just to not see that rude and impolite person again.Please American Eagle or branch owner or anyone responsible, if you are reading this please hire some experienced and POLITE sales associates, and I wrote the whole message because I liked your brand I don't want it being ruined by some rude teenagers that don't know the first thing about selling things.

You are left to yourself in the fitting room. No one willing to check in and grab you other sizes. They had zero interest in helping. The fitting rooms were dirty, only saving grace was the cashier was super nice so you get two stars for her

The quality, color and design of their cloths are one of the best in their category. You can not compare with other products in same price range.

Went in hoping to actually speak with someone to find what I was looking for, the two girls working didn’t acknowledge us as we went in and just stayed immersed in their phones, occasionally whispering to each other. Try to ask for help and was ignored. Browsed a bit more anyway and saw about five others walk in to get the same treatment. Left pretty quickly after that. Hope you guys better staff.

I had great customer service at this store today. The employee was friendly and helpful!

I love American Eagles jeans. That being said, today when I went there to return my online order I was approached by a Lady and as soon as I mention I was trying to return something, her facial expression changed completely from smiling and happy to disappointed and almost mad. I was also willing to exchange if they had a smaller size that would fit me better, But they only had one of the jeans in the size that I wanted. When the transaction was almost over she looked at me and said please don't buy online and just come in store because this is a lot of work for me". She did say no disrespect and please but it didnt make it any better that she said that. After I left the store

Ive been shopping at this store for 2 years, and I always find amazing things. Plus , they always have great sales. But, its the staff that make it so much more pleasant shopping there. Everyone who works there is super helpful and nice.

This branch is not very big but it's good.

For me, this brand has always been associated with affordable sizes and a large selection of sizes. I went to the store and was amazed and disappointed. Their stock exchanges ended in size L. There were not even XL and XXL. This is a real discrimination of people of different forms. Nowadays, this has a very bad effect on the brand image.
