I came in to have my wedding suit altered. I was made to feel welcome and felt confident in their ability. They made useful recommendations on matching my shirt with the suit and what length of jacket cuff and trouser leg would be best. Came back to collect two weeks later and it was perfect. Highly recommend both their service and their price.

I bought an expensive dress from Reformation for our friends' wedding on the 16th of June (FRIDAY). Because I am petite, I needed the dress shortened. Of course, I left it to last minute as I was so busy with life and everything. I also hoped that high heels would make a difference. I was wrong. I tried the dress on with the high heels and shapewear on WEDNESDAY night. Obviously, it was still way too long for my 5.08 foot (155 cm). I checked few places online and could not find anything good, but I emailed Natty Tailoring & Alterations on WEDNESDAY night. They replied on THURSDAY morning and agreed to shorten my dress (SAME DAY SERVICE). On THURSDAY, I left it at 11:30 to be shortened with lining, and I collected it at 16:30. They steamed the dress, and they delievered what they promised me. It is good that I checked their website because lots of tailoring and alterations places do not do SAME DAY SERVICE. However, Natty Tailoring and Alterations DO provide the SAME DAY SERVICE, which was super helpful for me. My husband was panicking on Wednesday night and pushing me to go shopping on Thursday and choose another back-up dress. I did not have to do it because Natty Tailoring and Alterations has helped me a lot. Thanks a lot.

Brilliant service and great work. Had two suits adjusted here. Trousers taken up and narrowed, waist coat taken out and trousers let out and all have been great. Friendly staff and managed to do it next day for a wedding we were going to. Definately reccommend. Cheers guys!

I needed an urgent adjustment to a new pair of suit trousers (length and waist) so I made a rather cheeky call to Natty Tailoring to see if they could do it for the next day. Less than an hour later (3pm), I’d dropped the trousers in and been measured up. By 11am the next morning the trousers were ready for collection, top job and good price. Would recommend.
