I love this place so much. I’ve come a number of times for pedicures when I need. They do really wonderful work.I’m also really grateful because I went yesterday for a pedi and noticed a double charge on my bank (no one’s fault) and when I mentioned the mistake there was no issue, totally simple help for me. I am so relieved because I didn’t want to cause a stir. 10/10 customer service

There sign says $55 for nails but they try to charge you $75 with no extras included. Changing posted prices and have inadequate staff working who do mediocre jobs and expect their high price to reflect that. I believe 2 woman in past were amazing but current staff are not worth that $.Took 2 hours to do one set of nails and owner had to take over after her training non speaking nail tech couldn’t figure it out.The lady did 5 coats of polish then told me that it wouldn’t chip but I’m pretty sure 7 coats of nail polish (base coat, 5 coats of Color nail polish & top coat) would chip :/No design was given after owner told me a design would happen.My nails looked sloppy afterwards and the lady said it looked that way and took 2 hours because that’s what happens when you are a WALK IN & that’s why people make appointments.Extremely rude and unprofessional to say and I’ve done walk ins all my nail going life.SAD outlook and pretty sad business.

The best place to do my nails in Vancouver, i have tried everywhere else, and way more expensive and never was satisfied like their service.(Pics of my real nails, no acrylics)

The salon manager/or owner was loudly speaking on the phone to a previous client who was very unhappy, which the owner agreed it was the salons fault and invited the client back in for a re-do…after hanging up the phone the she made fun of the client, pacing up and down the salon without her mask on. She is loud and abrupt and ruined the quiet enjoyment of getting pampered.After my own manicure my cuticles were red and irritated as they cut way too deep into them and also made my big toe bleed after cutting it with the cuticle scissors. No apology was offered.The days after, my cuticles are red and the skin badly peeling back all frayed up and ragged(photos)What’s the point in spending $90 on my nails when now all I want to do is hide them??Awful experience. Will never go back and obviously do not recommend.

I needed to find a place that could take me in for a last minute/ same day service and Welcome Nails had a spot. It was my first visit. I needed acrylic tips removed and a new short manicure, as well as a pedicure and previous gel removed from my toes.All the girls were very friendly and helpful, the colour selection was excellent, including lots of fun speciality/novelty/glam options.The techs paid special attention to details- minor imperfections were caught and fixed promptly without me needing to intervene and both the women that worked on me were careful and skilled.There was a problem with the chrome powder I selected looking darker than the sample I chose, but the staff were very flexible helping me find another option so that I left happy!I was especially impressed with how they handled a customer that came in before me. Her tone was rude and demanding and the staff were very patient, polite and accommodating to her even still.I will be back!

I came here to get my gel polished removed and they made the new staff member do it without supervision. She clearly wasn’t trained properly - she didn’t know how to get the acetone out of the bottle (with the pump), she didn’t know how to assemble or use the dremel. She soaked my nails on and off for about 45 minutes total in acetone and tried to dremel the wet polish off. She then thought she was finished but I insisted to grab another staff member to look as there was still a chopped up base layer of polish and extremely uneven scuffed up nails. They then told her to use a scraping tool, which she also was clearly not trained on how to use, and continued to scrape the top layer of my nails off. Then she tried to use the dremel with cuticle remover attachment and she cut my cuticles leaving them to bleed. The other staff member came to assist after an hour of me being in the chair. She tidied up what was left of my cuticles and sent me on my way with beaten up nails. I was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a simple gel removal. I don’t blame the new staff member as she clearly hasn’t done this before, but to leave an employee alone with little-to-no training and not check in until the customer complains is not okay. I would not recommend this salon if you’d like to keep your nails intact and healthy.

Have had acrylic nails done here for the first time in like 10 years and they were amazing! Went back for a fill and the person did a great job and was efficient!Just got a gel pedicure and the person was so attentive to my nails and feet! Definitely recommend if you are in the hasting-sunrise neighbourhood!

Nice, Clean place. The ladies that work here are very friendly and do a good job.My pedicure lasted 3 weeks even after my trip to Mexico.

This was the best manicure/pedicure that I have had in my life and for what it is worth, as a personal stylist, I am incredibly picky. They were kind, timely, complete perfectionists with cuticles/maintenance and nail shape. The massage was divine and the pricing is the best that I have experienced with the amount of competition these days. This is my new go to spot 100%!
