Josh repaired and sanded our oak parquet floors and brought them back to life again. Workmanship was excellent and they look almost new again. He gave us a choice of multiple finishes a we really like the satin finish that he recommended for our project

We hired Josh based on his level of professionalism to refinish a damaged area of hardwood floor in a very nice home. Our home was built in 1958. When we bought the home we updated several things and we wanted our floor to look like new. This company did a fantastic job refinishing our original hardwood floor. Josh was easy to deal with, and they came when he said the would. The floor looks great now and it wasn't an easy job for them due to some lighting issues we were having at the time. Great work.

We recently had Joshua from Grande Refinishing upgrade our hardwood floors in South Surrey. After spending a bit of time looking for refinishers on line, we came across Grande Refinishing. We decided to go with Josh based on his photos, videos and real feedback from his clients. We could tell Josh is genuinely passionate about bringing floors back to life. From our first interaction, Josh was very responsive, transparent and honest throughout the project. When we had some curve balls come up during the project, such as me not accurately measuring where the new cabinetry would sit, Josh dealt with them seamlessly and promptly such that the project didn’t slow down. The finished product is something else! We were literally blown away with the difference it made to our home. Our friends and neighbors also commented on how great it looks. As a side note, the original floors were installed about 15 years ago, they were a lower end price point (and still available today at Home Depot). I bring this up because we were looking at replacing the floors, but now that we have had them refinished, this floor looks ‘world class’ and we saved about $12K to $15K in replacement costs. A little TLC can go a long way to making things look beautiful again. We highly recommend Josh and his team!

We used Grande Refinishing for our old pine flooring in the master bedroom. The wood flooring was cracked, splintering, faded and in rough shape. I am thrilled with the work Josh has done with our floor, it is fantastic and looks like a new floor.Not only was the result excellent, but Josh was so professional in all communication.
