Got sold shingles with ripped bags and coming out loose as roofer helper tries to carry them up the ladder. I called to request an exchange and got sworn at and hung up on. They insisted on changing only a few shingles (not bundle)- the ones with holes in them, my son had to go and insist before they took them back and refunded the money. I have photos of the shingles and would be willing to post them if needed.Very rude and abusive, I wonder if that is how they treat everyone or just my kind....God knows.

Excellent customer service ! Brandon, and Victor, no how to handle, today’s customers .Transparency ,patience and helpfulness , was such a change up , from what I had recently dealt with at other places . Treating a new customer , like myself , with kindness. And a willingness to share and educate information about any products we had questions on.I can’t say enough good things about these guys .All my transactions with them have gone so smooth . And the wife and I have always felt welcomed and comfortable.Thanks guys !

this place is a complete joke !! never saw a business like this in my life, very un proffesinal, old lady runs around behind the counter sweating acting like shes crazy, looks like she could have a heart attack anytime, should retire already.dont ever shop here, theres way more proffesinal business you could go to , like tamar, they are GREAT !

Brandon and his team are great! I feel like an important customer every time I walk in and Vic and the guys are always cheerful. Zeke is an incredible driver who has no problem going out of his way to get your load dropped exactly where you need it. A+++++
