Jolly Breeze Whale Adventures

Great experience with great people! I was expecting to see the tails of giant whales and stuff; however, we didn't go during the right season, but we still had the pleasure of seeing some little whales and the beautiful scenery.My only suggestion: BRING SUNSCREEN.

A very family friendly option for a whale watching cruise. Crew was awesome at getting the kids involved. It was cold and foggy, but with hot chocolate and blankets provided we kept warm. We did see a couple of minke whales. We had a morning cruise but i would recommend an afternoon for better weather.

We had a wonderful day at sea. It was great to see the area on a zodiac. There were seals, a Minke whale and nesting bald eagles that we viewed along the shoreline. When we arrived onshore, hot chocolate and cookies were waiting.

It's always a pleasure on this trip. I have gone yearly to watch whales, and I have never been disappointed. This was my first time in June, and we saw seals, porpoise, and one or two minke whales, lots of birds, including a bald eagle. This was amazing because you could cut the fog with a knife at the dock. Well done, Joanne and Robert, for your excellent staff training to provide another amazing day on the water.

This was such an incredible experience from beginning to end. We got to see whales, porpoises, seals, a bald eagle and many other birds. The crew were AMAZING! So friendly, informative and funny. They provided coats, blankets, cookies hot chocolate and even pirate costumes!Prepare for very cold and very hot weather. We went at the 9am tour and I find it wad the absolute best time, very few kids meant my kids got lots of time to do the activities like touching sea creatures and driving the ship.Don't make the mistake we did- BRING CASH, these people deserve a tip. Plus there are beverages and adult beverages available during your tour.We truly had the best time on this awesome vessel and will surely be back!

We brought two kids (8 and 4) and this trip did a great job keeping the kids entertained while we searched for whales. We saw seals and minke whales! The crew made sure we saw the most of what we could put there. The return trip flew by with hot chocolate, snacks and a touch tank for the kids. Our whole family has a wonderful time thanks to the great crew !

We had a beautiful day aboard The Jolly Breeze on June 26 2022. The crew were all super friendly and knowledgeable and my little niece (aged 7) had a blast steering the ship, having her face painted and eating gingerbread cookies (not so much the dulse). We spotted many harbour seals, porpoises and minke whales. Plus, just being on the boat makes for a lovely afternoon.

Their VIP package is the best. As the boat carries only 10 to 12 passengers and all of then gets clear view of the whales. We were lucky that we got to see hump back whales on the day we went. Very friendly and patient boat captain.. he went a bit far and waited more than allowed time for us to see more of hump back whales. We were just 5 to 6ft distance away from the whales and git clear view of the whales.
