I retained Alex to remove and replace my deck. Of all those who quoted, he was the most conscientious, looking for ways to save me $$. His work was impeccable, his standards high, and the quality of the final product unsurpassed. Alex is indeed a perfectionist - when he ran into challenges (of which there were many), he persisted until he found the best way to handle them. His attention to detail was excellent. Alex is a master of his craft! Alex from Toronto Carpentry was originally hired to complete the new baseboards and trim throughout my home. He craftsmanship was incredible! He knew all the tricks to ensure a smooth, high quality installation of all my baseboards, new trim around my new windows and built all the door casings for all doorways and trim to go with it. I was extremely happy with his work.I actually approached him afterwards to see if he was interested in completing the remaining finishes in my home, which he agreed. Although, his business is listed and his specially is finish trim Carpentry, his overall knowledge, competence and know how of doing home renovations was amazing. I could tell that he was a perfectionist with everything everything he did and this resulted in a wonderfully renovated home that I received many compliments on my home.You will not be disappointed with his work.I look forward to using Alex as my full contractor on any future projects.

Alex is fabulous. He follows through and is extremely reliable. He is a perfectionist and has exceptional attention to detail. We've worked together on several projects and I would recommend him to my friends. In my last project, we removed an old kitchen, a floor and a minor wall. We exposed the brick, installed pot lights, added a few new windows etc. I trust Alex's work.

I can’t begin to say how wonderful and knowledgeable Alex is. We have been using his services since 2010 and he does not disappoint! Our latest project was to demolish and rebuild a two level high breakfast counter into one lower one. He worked tirelessly demolishing the counter when we were away and rebuilding it. He also coordinated trades to install electrical, quartz countertop and tiling all within a week. Alex is so hard working and excellent at his trade. His work and craftsmanship are above and beyond. We’re so happy with the end result and look forward to having him back on our next project. Thank you Alex!

We had Alex come to complete some plumbing and electrical work in our basement. He did such a great job we asked him to continue doing some projects in our home. Our bathroom turned out great and we were really pleased with how everything turned out.
