Water Depot Wasaga Beach

The staff there are always welcoming and offer you with assist if you require it. They're quite known and the price cannot be beat for reverse osmosis water.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had a new water softener installed today and Dave the installer was very professional. His workmanship was perfect and he left the place immaculate. I highly recommend them.

Eric was absolutely amazing to deal with. We had some issues and he came by himself on a Saturday and fixed everything.Looking forward to him being back at Wasaga location.Very professional!

Great service but the hours make me cry. Just showed up at 9:18am...they don't open till 10am. Before this I came on Sunday my day off...closed all day. Can't come after work because you close at 5. Literally the most inconvenient hours ever. Maybe put a tap outside the store where I can swipe my card and a certain amount of water comes out so I don't need people at the store to refill my jugs? Oh well, maybe I can get here Saturday before driving to the city for Easter dinner. So that's 2 days from now. If I miss that then it'll be another 9 days before I can return. You need to do better. If you're running limited hours then I suggest be open when people aren't at work vs clipping the edges off the workday and only being open around the lunch time area. Canadian Tire sells water for a dollar a jug and have way better hours. C'mon now.

Fantastic company! They take care of everything for us, we don't have to lift a finder. Every few months I get a call and they schedule a time to come by and add salt to my system and make sure everything is working property. Staff is always nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

What a difference, wow.Shawn told me we would and he was right. We’ve been on well water with an old softener and simple filter. Always had to drink bottled water. Not any more with our new softener and reverse osmosis tap. Installation was 100%. Very neat and clean install.Highly recommend this company for any water needs.

We have been going to Water Depot for 5 years. We have a water softener and reverse osmosis from them. Recently, we had an issue with r/o and Water Depot came out to service. We ended up needing a couple of parts, Eric realized we weren’t getting the water pressure we should with our old system (even though parts were replaced). We needed a new system to provide more pressure. Dealing with Dave (installer) and Eric (owner) who I dealt with directly was a pleasure. He is an honest business owner and we will continue to support this location!

I went in and had my 5 kids, the amazing woman working there filled my bottles, started my new account and was so wonderful and sweet, all in under 10 minutes. I'm so happy to be doing business with them!

Just got a new home in Wasaga Beach and had Sean visit to do a water test and tell us about the system. We got the whole home water system plus the tap water osmosis. Our showers are clean, our bodies are not dry and itchy, the water taste amazing. No more having to lug huge expensive Whistler water bottles into our house. We love the service and installation, couldn't ask for a bunch of nicer guys. Jeff & Trish
