Kirstin is an amazing Barber. For years I searched for someone who was a good fit personality wise and amazing at their job. To say Kirstin is a perfect fit is an understatement. I always leave my appointment feeling handsome and happy. I look forward to my appointments for all the laughs and head massages. If your looking for a barber who truly wants you to feel and look your best, Kirstin is your girl!!!

Chatters is a great hair salon! The staff are competent and kind, I'm always happy with my experience.

I went there today to get some highlights put in and I've explained exactly what I wanted. My hair was dyed black I wanted to be lifted and dyed copper and my hair turned out to be bright orange. At any time did the hairdresser stop what she was doing and say hey I don't think this is going the way you want it to go, let's see what we can do let's tone it down let's maybe pick a different color. Instead she blamed me, the customer and she was unapologetic about her behavior. On top of that she refused to trim my hair and said we ran out of time. I will never go back to this place and I'm very disappointed. I spoke to the manager who was very nice however her only mediation was come back for a treatment and a trim. What I expected was let's fix this, let's get the Highlights you wanted and let's make you happy that is the way customer service is done. I'm extremely disappointed in this company, it's a big company and this is how they treat their customers. I should also mention this wasn't exactly an inexpensive service. Expect the dressers to be hair clinicians to know what works what doesn't work and work with the customer and share their wealth of knowledge and expertise but in this case the ownership or the onus rather was on the customer.

Helloo this is Regan, Anthony’s customer or I don’t know but today(August, 31, 2022,) Anthony did an amazing job on the wolfcut, I showed him a photo and he agreed. He’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever met in my life!! Thank you Anthony, hope you have an awesome week!!

Jay cut my hair and he did an amazing job. I wanted an asymmetrical inverted bob and he accomplished this flawlessly. He took the time and patience needed to do this cut and he didn't rush at all. I am very impressed with his skills and will be back again.

Hailey Has always done an amazing job! She is the only person I trust to do my hair. I’ve seen many hair stylists in the past and all of them are really pushy with products and treatments but Hailey actually listens to her clients and what THEY want. If I ask for suggestions on products she is happy to educate me but is never pushy. And she does beautiful work, in my opinion she is under charging. Thanks for always making me feel beautiful!!!!!

Joemar was absolutely amazing!! He was accommodating with my pregnancy, attentive and kind. Joemar made sure my hair wouldn’t be damaged with any work and made it look 100 times better than when I walked in!! I love my hair so much, thank you Joemar!! I for sure will be coming back and asking for him specifically!

Five stars is not enough to give this salon, I would give them 100 out of 100, I brought my sister which is very sick in to see Anthony today for a cut and colour and he did an absolute amazing phenomenal transformation on her. Everybody in the salon was over-the-top, friendly, respectful, and commented on how nice my sister looked. I have never in 62 years experience this kind of treatment, so I just wanted to say thank you so much for making my sister’s day so special.

I've always had great experiences at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store looks great since they renovated. I've had a few different stylists work on my hair there, and I'm never disappointed. Thanks! :)

Today I visited Chatters and my stylist was Joham, who gave me a complete makeover, highlights and hair cut. I am so pleased with my new look. He was so kind and gentle, paying attention to every detail of what I wanted. I would come again, but unfortunately return to the UK next week. Joham definitely deserves 5***** Thank you.
