Dinner with my friend. I hadn’t been here in years. Food was excellent service was great as well. We ordered fish and chips cod, and haddock cooked to perfection. Both of us brought doggie bags home. Keep up the good work.

My order got messed up - I asked for grilled chicken in my wrap - I received crispy chicken ... i told the waitress n she looked back @ her pad of paper n said to me- u ordered crispy.. i did not ! I can only have grilled as I cannot eat deep fried food ... she rolled her eyes . I will not be returning

This is our go to breakfast spot. Tracy is amazing, friendly, attentive and always bubbly. The food is fresh and flavorful, the service is impeccable and even the background music is enjoyable. I highly recommend the cove for any meal.

Don't order the fish and chips, mine was not real Halibut, a soft mushy fish over coated in a under cooked batter, with fries that were deep fried to many times. I have bought fresh Halibut (whole fish ) many times, fillet it and portioned it for my own use, so I think I know what I am talking about.

Service was good, server was friendly and attentive.Bit disappointed in their French onion soup, tasted very bland and had no favour.Find it a bit ridiculous that I got charged $1.50 for a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon. Had I been told I was getting charged for hot water, I would have just not ordered anything.

I booked a 80th Birthday Party for my mom . We had never been , it was a recommendation from a friend . Rob the owner and Robin took take of us . Robin literally worked her butt off. They were amazing , the food was delivered so fast .. food was really good ! Home cooking at its finest .. definitely going back . Thank you . Glad we found this little place .

Our order was half right half wrong when delivered this evening. I'm giving 5 stars because they put in an honest effort to make things right and we actually ended up with twice our order of apps and other meals we didn't even order plus what did order. A mistake was made but they did everything they could to make it right and I respect that. We will continue to order from the cove. Thanks again.

Sort of mixed reviews here. It wasn't bad, but it also isn't great. We've been here a number of times. It can get quite loud as there isn't anything deadening the sound. The food is good, provided you get what you order as there are often errors and omissions. Pricing of the food seems high for what you get. I find they're often understaffed during busy times and holidays. It's convenient as it's located next to Sandy Cove. The menu is pretty typical of a Canadian restaurant. The servers seem pretty rushed and not completely familiar with the menu. The management will make things right if you complain, so when things don't go right (and there's a good chance of that), make sure your concern is voiced.
