This blonde girl was mean she had pigtails or pony tail with glasses talking about me to another customer she's so mean and rude I was just waiting I wasn't hurting anyone she was a white girl skinny she has snobby attuide she shouldn't work there

I lost my phone an hour ago and couldn't call because my Koodo account was suspended. PRISCILLA helped me with getting my Koodo account unsuspended with no hiccups at all.She did everything she could to make sure I'm able to contact my lost phone! She is very sweet and was patient with me unlike the Telus store employees who seemed to be annoyed when I asked for help.GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!

Very inexperienced staff and has no proper training. Met with 3 individyal in the store and no one seems to know what they are doing. Made us come 3 times just to cancel the order on the phone and still werent able to cancel the phone 2nd time when went to cancel refund was not processed and third time they said they cant cancel because phone is shipped.I would never step back in this store. I would rather suggest to go Telus next door.Worst service.

Telus right across from these wonderful people simply wouldn’t help me at all.Zane and Zeff (apologies if I misspelled your names) were absolutely great! They got me my new Pixel 7 and helped me get a cheaper plan than my current one. They got me in and out within 20minutes and customer service was top notch!I would and well be shopping there again!

Plz don’t order from this restaurant we ordered two curry pulao and garlic naanWe pay for garlic naan but we get plain chewy naan ordered chickpea curry but gets regular curry. ordered aaloo gobhi but chef doesn’t know how to make it being a Italian chef I can beat there chef in making Indian foodWe just ate the food because we guys were hungry but couldn’t finished the food plz shut down the restaurant

If you are actually visiting the shop to get plans activated, they are pretty quick and easy. No issues there. The only reason I have an average rating is due to lack of communication over the phone.
