What a wonderful experience we had dealing with the owners , Graham & Micki, of Electronic Depot, Niagara Fall, Canada. They were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I'm from the GTA and not any of the many HiFi shops up here gave me the time of day when I walked in their establishments. I purchased my complete dream 2 channel HiFi system and received excellent advise with no pressure. It felt like we were dealing with our best friends.Thanks again Graham & Micki.

On Monday I had the pleasure of speaking with Graham and Mickie, the owners of @electronicdepot_hifi in Niagara Falls, ON.WOW! What service!I ordered a new Delrin Vacuum Tube as my original clear tube cracked and broke. I spoke to them on Monday. They shipped the product on Tuesday. Arrived on Wednesday. That is the fastest and best service I have ever received, AND, it was a very reasonable price.Please, please, give them a follow on IG and also check their products out on their website. They’re the best and the friendliest of people to deal with.They even packed a thank-you card with the order. Thank-YOU, Graham and Mickie of Electronic Depot for your excellent customer service.

Micki, Graham and Mike are awesome in this business. They have installed home theater system for our home. Mike was great with suggestions on what speakers will be the best for the space keeping in mind the Dolby atmos effect I looked for. His installation was immaculate. Graham was courteous and upright when there was a delay on arrival of the speakers due to Covid supply chain issue. Micki was always on top of the payment, invoicing and documenting the service completed in paperwork. They are a professional team who know their business. They charged me 50% more than Best Buy quote but still I have chosen to give them the job since the speakers, receiver, sub they recommended were better and well suited for my space. I will strongly recommend them to others. If I ever need anything related to audio, they are my go to people.
