I just rented a cargo van from this location and had SUCH a great experience. Very knowledgable owners running the store - they answered every question I had to my utmost satisfaction. The parking lot in the back allows for easy maneuvering of the large rental vehicles as well as parking your own while you take the rental out.They were very understanding when I had to return my vehicle later than anticipated and made sure my booking was adjusted properly to reflect the updated drop off time. The vehicles are very well maintained and clean. Owner's manual was supplied in the glovebox, and they made sure to offer us option of vehicle with the backup camera since only one of the two available had that feature. Anyone who's driven a cargo van can appreciate that convenience.Thank you so much!

This was the worst experience that I had using a rental car.The van was old and was falling apart.The cabin smelled like chemicals!The app for the self-checking was awful!I feel the money that I spent was wasted and will never use U-haul again in my life and also never suggest it to any friend or family!

The people here are very helpful and make renting the trucks easy! I also LOVE that they carry products from the Okanagan fruit stands (apple cider, honey, etc) because it's so hard to find. Nice place to go!

Booked a very early pick up and early drop off with this dealer as I was coming out of town. What I disliked was that the owner doesn't care to give you a quick summary of the important parts of the contract. I specifically told him I was coming out of town and obviously on a tight schedule and wont have time to glean the contract. He reluctantly refused to answer my questions during drop off. Total lack of customer service.

It was the first time I rented a van from Uhaul،I talked to Uhaul representative and booked a van for a day by phone and i payed the full day money I was supposed to pick up the van at 8 o'clock in the morning from 13425 King George Blvd, Surrey,I was there at seven-thirty But I waited for an hour in the rain for the customer service representative to pick up the van. When I reported my problem to a customer service representative The customer service representative was a relatively obese woman She told me in a very ugly way that if you do not show the van before one o'clock in the afternoon, you will be fined $ 50, I told her I paid all day but she said this is our role I was in a hurry while moving, even my wife and I were injured، I did not expect such an unprofessional attitude and deal from Uhaul.

Super disappointed. Super angry. We booked two weeks ago for tomorrow morning. They called me tonight to cancel my order. The crazy lady rescheduled me to Surrey to pick up a van. What the…… I live in bby and move to east van. Are you guys crazy? The lady didn't solve our problems and didn't know what I was talking about. Why does your company still hire such a person?

Jump through all of their hoops, complete the online express" registration. Then get there and I have to give out a phone number of a friend

Complete garbage. Took me an hour just to get access to the vehicle because their verification system is so outdated. Not only that but I had to spend more time on the phone with customer service to resolve a double charge fee which I thought had been resolved but still hasn’t because I got an email this morning saying I owe them another $50! Very unprofessional, will not be using them again.

Truck wasn’t ready when I came for the scheduled pickup, then I was told to walk 5 blocks to get it and bring it back (the excuse was no parking on the street at that time of day) and it was very dirty. When I returned it, the lady behind the counter asked if I returned it to the same location I picked it up, I said no (there was space on the street 1 block away) and she proceeded to argue with me about how that is the drop off, etc. and was frankly, about the least helpful person I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and book ANYWHERE BUT HERE
