They provide good delivery service but be very aware of their billing and financial charges. Issuing of the bill is done about 1 week after delivery but is now not received until 3 weeks after delivery. Payment date is, however, 3 weeks after the issue and thus arrives about the same time that payment is required. If you send a check via mail as payment, it will arrive late even if you send immediately. Finance charges border on illegal usury at around 60% although they do not state on their bill what their rates are. unless you pay immediately upon receipt at your bank or online, stay away from this company if an individual client.

By far the worst propane company I have ever dealt with. In the most honest way, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. There is absolutely no communication between departments. When I first signed up (because the tank was already on the property we purchased) the paperwork and registration process was archaic and not accessible. The company representative didn’t even know what Docusign was, nor any other e-signature program that can allow new customers to sign forms electronically (it is 2023), instead of having to print, sign, and scan back paperwork. I have called and spoken to the after hours answering service, where they failed to relay an important message regarding a refill of propane in the middle of winter. The credit department then failed to process a delivery charge in March 2023, although they did pre authorize my credit card. In April, almost 5 weeks later, I receive a letter in the mail saying I owe them money, when they were supposed to have charged my credit card a month prior. I’m unsure of the point in preauthorizing a credit card if you’re not going to charge the same credit card. Every single person I have spoken to has been constantly rummaging for excuses to explain what is quite simply, lack of attention to detail. This company has been a nightmare to deal with since the beginning. I encourage people considering this company to look elsewhere, and I advise the management team to take a serious look into their daily operations if they wish to retain future customers.

Have a cardlock through UPI and use it to fill up my big truck all over Ontario. Consistently the price at the local IPN is 2 cents higher then diesel at my local gas station. Have had times where pump says .08 cents lower then what I'm charged. Not sure why I should give someone all my fuel when they want to charge you more then what I can get if I use a credit card at the same location. Have emailed my UPI rep to sort this out with no response.
