Fix 'N List

We were looking for help in fixing our patio and replacing a basement carpet with subfloor and flooring we had purchased. A recent injury meant I could not do the work myself as intended. I was leery about letting someone professional take over the work because of past experiences:(Some “professional” contractors think showing up when stated, doing the work continously rather than halting the job midway, and working with their client to balance time and cost are not required in order to call yourself a professional.)After seeing their work over two days, I was happy to recognize that they were doing the job better, faster, and with more precision and attention to detail than I would have been capable of doing.If you are looking to list, timing is essential and in a hot market, completed professionally-finished upgrades are not only justified but cost effective. If your personal “sweat equity” projects are still half-finished after months of being home; you need to call for help.Bob McLarty and his team finished my work on time and on budget which warmed my cheap Scottish heart. I will be calling them back when it is possible to leave the place for long enough for them to be able to come in and work safely.Thank you guys!
