The Rinks at Summit Centre

Nice enough establishment. The west rink is older and outdated. Seating is not good. And it is so freezing cold as an observer. Aldergrove arena in comparison is 10x better. It's just way too cold. Colder than it should be. Seats have no backings. It's a bit of a downgrade from the aldergrove arena. However staff are helpful and it is a nice facility. They may just need to update heat lamp situation and better seating. Even my child who was physically active moving on the ice was freezing.

Nice location and great staff. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. It appears there seems to be changes happening in the rinks and it’s having a positive impact on users.

Basic hockey rink, my son plays here. Change rooms are a little on the stale side but it is also a hockey change room so …….

It's tragic that this complex was built to such a low standard. The architecture is really cool and there are some innovative ideas in the structure but the skill of the construction team fell short of what this building deserved. All of the areas are open and spacious including the washrooms and offices. The staircase is wide and beautiful, offering views of the main lobby from every level.So what's missing? Adult sized toilets, for one, even the handicapped stall has a child size toilet. Waterproof rooftops, automatic doors at ALL ENTRANCES for handicapped persons should be standard for any facility this large. It would even benefit guests just hauling gigantic hockey bags.

Employees are all very helpful. Ice guys always let us on the ice early when they can.

The rooftop pool cannot be beat...large glass garage doors can be opened on nice days to a view-perfect deck.

Old,not well looked after.Needs serious updating.Poor seating,surprised they had heat.Black netting to hard to look through should be white.No concession .Unused warm room upstairs (covid related I'm guessing)as well as the bar.Don't get me started on the washrooms.First time there very disappointed.

In the sitting area were we watch kids play hockey we get dripped on I guess they have a leaky roof or ceiling.

I wish I could give a 0 stars...at least for the adult hockey League.. the worst run league I've played in from Richmond to Abby... The guy running the league has no clue what he's doing.. I wish there was another choice I'd never play another game in this hockey League absolute trash...

My grandson has hockey here. The rink is always in good condition. The seating area and changing areas are always clean. Covid protocols are in place.
