I was looking for 4x4 lumber all over the place. There appears to be a shortage either because of the time of year or due to covid. I went to a couple common stores but this Rona was the only place that had it. It has a big lumber yard that you can drive your truck into. The best part of this visit was the people. Mark the Lumber yard boss was incredibly helpful! When he saw that I didn't like the selection of wood on the bottom rail, he took the forklift and proceeded to get me the unopened wood on the top shelf! That's amazing service! We then talked about cooking salmon on cedar wood which was a great conversation! Best visit to Rona by far!

Good hours but the female managers are sub par and not vert knowledgeable or nice rather the opposite. The lumber Yard is substantially stocked what seems, as for my knowledge, to most of the time.

Staff is super helpful, especially Dan!Wish they did some basic after sales requests in house though, like making holes for a door or painting. Would be great to have that as a service!

No customer service at all. I have tried to shop there a few times and never have the basics and when I needed paint mixed for a contractor I went there at 8am and was told the store manager was the only person who could mix paint and he had left for an emergency. I asked if I could leave the colour with my name and phone and when it was mixed I would come back and was told no so off to the next closest DIY store I went.

My husband and I bought a patio egg-style chair and tried to get the box into our JEEP Grand Cherokee but the box was just an inch too big.3 staff members assisted us with ideas and the chair is home safe and sound.The team ( including manager Robert) on Saturday April 9, 2021 at 1:10 in the afternoon went above and beyond. They were polite, excessively helpful and happy that we were so happy. Kudos to this team!

I came today to pick up a piece of plywood, not realizing it was way too big for my car (my mistake). The boys in the lumber yard were so nice and understanding! They even cut the plywood to a more manageable size. I really appreciated it! Everyone at this Rona was amazing :) 5/5!
