Worst branch ever. This branch always has a huge line, and their customer service is very terrible. They have enough staff but they refuse to open up another teller, despite the long line-ups of over 5 people.

Got a call that my credit card was ready for pickup at this branch and to bring two pieces of photo ID. Showed up with a health card and driver's license but was told I needed a passport or birth certificate in order for them to give me the card. First of all, a birth certificate is NOT a piece of photo ID; second, who carries their passports and birth certificates around with them? It's absurd. If they required specific ID, they should have said so in the message. Took time off work to go in. What a waste. Absolutely useless customer service. Total clown show at this branch.

Horrible service. My mortgage closes today. I have wired funds to my lawyer who is closing. The mortgage will be with TD. Dumb employees can not use common sense. Puts hold on the wire transfer of 21k where the hard collateral is 500k.

The associates are quick and thorough about their services. Seemingly quite attentive when you identify yourself with your account.The pandemic queueing is quite heavy at times. A few times I've turned down waiting because the line would be an hour or so. Currently even a line of 3 inside the bank is still quite a long wait.No fault on the representatives hired here but personal banking here is very non-competitive. There are better rates seen in other banks. From my own research, there is definitely a lot more better options in other banks in terms of personal banking.However for a long trusted institution, I'm still with TD because of the friendly and professional atmosphere.

Service was horrible. I have been with Td for more than 10 years. They treated me so bad in this branch today. 3 employees were looking at me like I was some kind of criminal.they seemed new staff . Manager was also rude. I was just asking for a rebate of credit card fees that they promised. Nothing done. I left upset. Unbelievable.

Got a fraud alert and my access card was blocked - thought it would be an annoying process to get that resolved but I was in and out within ten minutes thanks to Jojo- cannot sing his praises enough.

Friendly and helpful every time. When I've been in, I've also noticed a number of interactions with seniors who come in to do their banking, and you can see the tellers know them and go out of their way to be helpful and patient. and ... if you are pressed for time, go first thing in the morning.
