Open Top Touring

We were on the Castle, Gardens & Waterfalls Tour on July 24th and had the best time! We had the pleasure of having Caroline as our tour guide and she was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, entertaining and just an all-around pleasure to be with! And we had the entire tour to ourselves! The tour happened to go to all the spots that we had wanted to check out while we were in Banff, so it was exactly what we had hoped for. The weather was great and the views were spectacular (aside from the fact that it was a little smokey). We recommend doing this tour as your first stop when getting into Banff because it gives you a mini-tour of great sightseeing locations around Banff and ideas of places you might want to go back to. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Our tour was amazing. Dylan was amazing driver and very educational. Myia was funny, bubbly girl. They both made our tour so much fun. I would recommend this tour.

Didn't use OTT for a tour, hired them just for a shuttle service to & from our wedding location for the guest.The vehicle was very nice, clean and loved the open top.Our drive (guide) was very nice.

A great experience overall.It’s open top, as the name says, it’s comfortable, has leather seats.It tours the city, nearby attractions, and some majestic views.Highly recommended (and plus the driver is awesome!!)

Had an amazing time on the Open Top Touring tour this past Sunday (June 11, 2023). Our tour guide was Lana and she was super knowledgeable and had us having the best time ever. I have been to Banff many times but with my sister visiting we wanted to do something I haven’t done before. This was perfect, 90 minute tour full of history and great photo opportunities. I even went somewhere on the tour I hadn’t been before. Saw a little wildlife along the way and received a great history lesson as we went. Very interactive tour. We had perfect weather so we got to have the top open.

Me and my wife came to Banff for the first time as a day trip with no plans for what to do. That changed with our guide JJ! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Said all sorts of stories about the region we were driving through. Now we’re looking forward to another trip to Banff with a few more days to do all sorts of things! Thanks for a great time!

I was hesitant about booking another thing to do on vacation. But I am SO GLAD we booked this trip. it started with the lovely lady who signed us in, answered our questions, and escorted us out to board the bus. Our driver was Conner and our tour guide was Patrick. Conner was an excellent tour guide and host. Patrick was the perfect narrator, giving us a lot of unique information while also giving us time to enjoy the scenery. There were fun surprises that made the trip even better. The scenery is amazing, and the history is entertaining.The 30s theme is so fun! I also appreciate how respectful they were of native people and acknowledged the land we were on.Definitely recommend this tour.

Traveling through Banff with another couple, we were looking for less strenuous activities for pregnant friend, this ended up being one of our favorite activities! Roz was our tour guide, the slights were great, the bus was very unique and we loved the cozy blankets to keep warm. Can’t recommend enough!

The tour was a fun and educational way to see a lot of different attractions and outlooks around Banff in an hour and a half. The tour guide was very friendly, shared a lot of information, but seemed to stumble over her stories, nothing that a bit more practice won’t fix up. Tour should also be altered to be more age appropriate when necessary, ie when the youngest person is 30 and you’ve been sightseeing and driving all day you don’t feel like doing spirit fingers at strangers. The dad jokes were entertaining though. Did get to see a lot of big horn sheep on one mountain and that was unexpected! Would recommend to others
