Bought motorized blackout blinds for our master bedroom. We love it. We sleep soooo well since we have them. they work really well and we have no issues. I would recommend.

My mother recently purchased blinds from budget blinds and she recommended them for my new home as I needed all windows covered. I called in and was referred to Marcelo. Because my wife is a front line nurse and works shift work opposite of my schedule it was very difficult working out a good time to have a consult. So after waiting 6 weeks for Marcelo to show up, he no shows. He calls back and makes excuses of why he didnt show up No apologies that he didn't show up..Very poor first experience with this company and Marcelo.

The consultation and measure up was fine and the ordered roller shades arrived in less than 3 weeks. The installer was quite messy, did his install quick and dirty without offering much communication. He did not carry a measuring tape or a level with him!!Several of the installed blinds needed adjustment as they were either not installed level or touching the sides.The sales man charged my credit card for the remaining amount without sending an invoice or asking for my consent. Pretty bad business practice.Overall quality appears to be ok. Time will show

Horrible companyFirst my partner called (wrong store area at first) to ask on repair to one of the blinds we had purchased 5 years sgo.String brokeNon functional nowThey show up fast to sell but ignore call back requests made.A week later… still not a word!Save your money folks and deal with a company that actually takes. pride in their products with after sales services !!In my opinion … i believe the 5 stars are fakes IR given for promised discountsAnything but legitimateIf i csn deter at least one potential buyer… great!Bad companies don’t deserve reviews above 2 x ⭐️⭐️sPS balcony door blinds hung so close together that they knock into each other when raised or lowered (before the one string broke)

This company is fake. I went to 928 Richards st and there is nothing there. I call and it redirect to an answering service and the person tells me to go to 1088 and AGAIN nothing there. Total waste of time.ADDITIONAL OPINION AFTER OWNER RESPONDEDSo the owner responds today saying they are offices at these two locations. There is no office there where you can walk in and meet the sales person. Both are residential buildings. Furthermore on their Google listing they uploaded a photo of their branded vehicle in front of a branded storefront. This in my opinion is misleading and false advertising. I walked about 15 city blocks to get to their map marker only to find out it was just their personal residence. They say in business for many years yet they use a third party telephone service that insists they have nothing to do with the company. In my opinion this map marker is fake and should be removed. In my opinion this company is misleading people with this map marker and in my example it was frustrating to be mislead like this and a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
