I brought six school cahier books for my daughter. They charged me $2.59 for each while it’s written on the tag for $0.99. When I reached to them immediately, the manager asked me to read the policy beside the counter, and keep telling me that I should check the expire date on the promotion tag! Excuse me? It’s you who should tell the employee to remove it immediate instead of asking the clients to check by themselves. Customers are NOT OBLIGED to check your mistakes. Generally speaking he refused to refund me for the differences. I was fine with that then decided to return all of the cahier. Then he keeps telling me this policy was out thru Canada for so many years. Excuse me again? Are you telling me this because I am an Asian client? You should know that’s racialism. Thank you for your warm reminder, but I’m not new immigrant. Seriously you should think about why the tags are still not yet removed so customers won’t waste times to check you did do your job or not. Lastly, he didn’t give me my original receipt. With my strong insistence he did since I have other purchases on the original receipt and I have the right to get it. So bad this happened in my communities. Maybe the owner should really think about hire a new manager who know customer services.

Have always had a good experience at this Jean Coutu. The cashiers are always polite and nice to deal with. The staff at the pharmacy for prescription refills and pickup are great, despite them sometimes being short-staffed, which is an issue everywhere at the moment. They do their best. I recently went to another pharmacy down the street from this Jean Coutu and had an awful experience so I appreciate the staff here even more!

I love this pharmacy! I have gone twice to pick up my husband’s medications and the morning service was great! There are two technicians in the morning, a really tall girl and a shorter girl with glasses- they worked very hard to get our stuff served in amazing time! I couldn’t believe it! They were so cheery and friendly and such a fun vibe for a just-before-9 AM pick up! It was so different from my Pharmaprix interactions: we’re thinking about transferring here permanently! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY!! I don’t care what the other reviews said: TWICE I have been AMAZED!!

Pharmacist refused to help my husband with a strep test after explaining that my child had strep from daycare, husband was now sick as well and labs were closed for us to go do the test elsewhere. Pharmacist told us to call back the next day and speak to someone else although she could have done the test herself. We we very flexible in the timing telling her we could come back at a later time but she refused. It was important for us to treat this as soon as possible as we have a young infant at home and strep is extremely contagious. Going to the emergency room for a strep test is a waste of our ressources in my opinion. When you provide a service but refuse I think there is a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this pharmacy the customer service is lacking.

When your website says you are closing at 9pm on a Saturday night… and I rush to get there and your lights are out and your doors are shut at 8:45pm, you could at least update your wrbsite!!!

50 minutes waiting for my prescription when the technician said 10 minutes because of rush hours!It took another 10 minutes even when everyone else is gone...Yeah, I'll take my prescription somewhere else.

I came here on a week-end day and was extremely disappointed with my experience… Although the staff is nice, they are severely understaffed. There was a long lineup since they only have one cashier despite having 3 cashes!! I don’t understand how it can be possible to have trouble finding a cashier working on the weekend (there are several Highschool or cégep students looking for weekend jobs who are more than qualified to be a cashier…). The only explanation I can fathom is that they are trying to maximize profits, which could be understandable if it did not come at the cost of customer experience…

On January 1 2020, I brought my prescriptions to this pharmacy. One of the employee was trying to prepare it but he could not add my new insurance policy to my profile and it took about 45 minutes. Finally, he brought it to the pharmacist and she did it by two minutes, so no issue so far, it happens when the employees have not trained properly. I understand.Prescription got ready and I paid it. Before I leave, for one of the tablet, I asked some more and pharmacist told me that they do not have anymore but they can charge me and when it is ready they will call me. I paid completely for those I have received and they charged me for three boxes more and I paid it too.This week, I was called and I was told the order is ready and tonight I got there and they gave me just two boxes and when I asked why, they said in the computer there is a note which is sais I have got one box of these three! I said I got one box but I paid it separately and I paid for three boxes more, but they did not accept it and this conversation and verifying the receipts took another 45 minutes and finally, employee said: “OK, I figured it out, sorry about it”. I said ok, no problem! They passed me to pharmacist and after 20 minutes, the pharmacist said, “I am not comfortable to give you three boxes”!Wow, it was frustration that after more than one hour, they said they could not give me three boxes otherwise, he said, I have to come back next Monday to talk with His manager!Does not any make sense, I believe that pharmacist does not respect to your time, do not trust what you say and does not have enough confidence to his expertise.Even they saw I paid for four boxes by two separate receipts, but they did not give me the tablets. I put this comment there and If it is important for them, they will respond me here why they waste my time?!!!

For a first visit not a good experience... we just had to take passport pictures. We had to wait for about 30 min because the staff member was alone. She had a customer at the cash. Then came to us the had to go back at the cash serving clients. It was not very convenient. Although 2 staff member came and were just stading not doung anything. They could have taken the cash clients and let her serve us. But the lady was soooo nice and trying to appolagize

Warning ! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY !! PLEASE BE SAFEThey made a huge mistake with my dosage instead of giving me 50mg tablets of my anxiety prescription ZOLOF they gave me 100mg - doubling my dosage. It was only by chance that I noticed the mistake. Just got a basic apology and that was it. Medication can mess with your head -especially anti anxiety and depression meds. AND THERE WAS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I am sure they make mistakes like this before -Owner of pharmacy didnt seem surprised or concerned.... STAY CLEAR OR PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK - THIS IS YOUR HEALTH. AND WE HAVE NO LEGAL ACCOUNTABILITY -SO enter at your own risk
