Great quality work

I live next door to one of West Coast turnkeys sites. They play their music starting at 7 AM very loud. By law does not allow for music to be played for longer than 15 minutes at a time. I have asked them nicely several times to stop playing the music as my Home Office is right beside them. The bass travels right through this wall into my office. I accept the construction noise however, I asked if they could simply bring earpods and listen to music that way. Their response was that I need to respect them and the music motivates them. I cannot move my house, or my office. I have a right, acording to the law to quiet enjoyment of my property. During construction, they even killed one of my trees and it fell on my house. I was extremely understanding. Their excavation also caused part of my yard to slide and drop by roughly 2 feet. Yet they still refuse to do stop playing music. These guys really seem to only care about themselves.
