CBD Oil Canada - CBD Cargo

I purchase the CBD dog treats on a regular basis - they work wonders for our dog.Since there are so many online companies that sell CBD & THC products its the customer service that helps businesses stand out. They are relatively quick to ship items. It takes about a week for my items to get to Northern Alberta which is very standard.What I like about CBD Cargo is their vast selection of products that are CBD based. Ive recently switched from tincture oil to capsules and have no complaints

I have been getting cbd gummies & dog treats from CBD Cargo for approximately three years. The product is good &, until recently, ordering & delivery went smoothly. On December 26, 2022, I placed a relatively large order for $426.00 & paid, as always, by e-transfer. I received an email message from CBD Cargo indicating that my order was complete. More than three weeks has now passed & I have yet to receive my order. I have made several attempts to get in touch via email & have had absolutely no communication from the company. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar issues.

Ordered something a month ago. They took the money and said the order was completed and didn't gave any informations when i asked where the shipping is. Didnt had any issues before that with my other orders dating few years back. Dont buy there you'll not see your order

Do NOT buy from this company took my money never sent me items never returned any contact I made to them concerning this after multiple tries

Edited: Contacted by 2 staff members who were very customer-focused and simply GREAT! Comfort & confidence restored! Will order again when my dog go’s fave drops are back in stock! So happy that they addressed my concerns the way they did (refund). They have been awesome over the last couple years and more than 10 orders have been flawless. Original 1 star review: Feb 20 I placed a nearly $400 order for cbd oil for my old arthritic dog. Previously I placed smaller orders, but the company had increased its minimum order for free shipping. I have dealt with this company for a couple of years, and their CBD Goodies dog drops have always worked very well for my dog (given 2x/day). Well, when the package arrived there were cbd dog treats instead of the nearly twice as expensive drops. Mistakes happen! So I tried to get ahold of someone…. Very hard to, no response to the first couple of attempts, using the contact email address. And the phone number on this Google-based review site did not seem valid. Then I read all the issues customers have had the past few months… it did not bode well. Then I used the email address used for the e-payments…. That did get a response, and I felt heard. I was sent another package in the mail, with the 6 bottles, and a couple of edibles for humans. BUT…. WAIT FOR IT…. 5 of the bottles had some awful orange fishy smelling liquid, and only 1 was like the product that I have given my dog twice a day for 2 years! Something fishy is going on! I don’t know or trust what they have sent me. So I am likely out nearly $400….. so be very careful who you give your business to!

Amazing customer service, quick shipping and love their products. Their dog treats have also been extremely helpful with relaxing my anxious shepherd X heeler when travelling to new places!

Ordered $150 worth of product Dec 31 and still have not received anything. Have tried contacting this company w no reply in return. Saying order complete.Very disappointed as it was recommended by a friend, but maybe they’ve gone out of business and are still collecting money? Do not buy from here.
