Negligent to the point of endangerment. Receptionists routinely forget to schedule appointments or just hang up on patients when they realize they’ve made a mistake. Prescribing staff are incapable of making prescription refills despite countless promises it will be ‘better next time’. One of their patients is going to end up injured or worse one day because of their lackadaisical attitudes. Drs are routinely over an hour late, ignore questions from patients, and give the fastest diagnosis possible to try and pump that OHIP machine.

We waited with our newborn for 35 minutes for Dr Zina Younes and left because she hadn’t arrived yet. We were her first patients of the day. Finding another doctor.

Undoubtedly one of the finest Doctor’s I have ever come across. He is soothing, gentle, patient and the care he has given our daughter, we can never thank him enough or be thankful enough.I cannot praise him enough for the way he has healed our daughter. I have not met another Doctor with so much empathy and truly he has healing in his hands.We wish him much success in his practise.The only downside is no one answers the phone and it can be very upsetting and frustrating. I hope that issue is resolved soon.

The lady at the reception needs a training on how to talk to patients. Dr. Tariq is one of the best but the staff at the front desk needs to be more professional.

Over 1 hour waiting time. Very unprofessional clinic. I had to wait for psychiatrist with pediatrician patients. Few years I don't feel so bad. It so flustered

FEATURES OF STAFF:- EXTREME IRRESPONSIBLE & NON PROFESSIONAL STAFF.- No proper follow ups and response to patients for emails.- Complete MESS UP in Scope Appointments.Dr. Shalby must have to take action in this regard.

This place is super slow both staff and doctors. Its amazing how they make you wait for your turn if you are on time or early unapologetically but if you get 5min late they make you wait for at least 1-2 hrs irrespective of the fact that you have kids or old people with you.
