Had our washer fail us in August 2022 and had paid almost 600 dollars for the extended warranty coverage at Leon’s. Whoever shipped our first replacement drum and motor to A+A shipped them a broken unit and our repairs were delayed another month. Today is March 17th 2023 and the repairs were finally implemented on our machine. Eager to have our machine back we try to start up our first load of laundry and the machine is stuck in “sensing” mode. Research has shown this is not an easy fix and will have to wait on another replacement and fix.The warranty service provided is an absolute sham and it is unbelievable that this company is still in business. It is criminal the amount paid for the quality of service . Save your 600 dollars and use it towards your next inevitable purchase of a washing machine. Bunch of crooks.

We frequently used this business when we lived in Rothesay and we were always very happy with service. Technician was always prompt, polite and efficient.Since downsizing and moving to the city we had not needed appliance repair service until yesterday.Our glass stove top and oven had stopped heating. I called and gave details to a very pleasant lady and was told that I would be contacted by Paul. Within one hour I received a call back and was guided through the problem and was told that it was an electrical problem and not the stove. He was 100 percent correct and we were saved the expense of a service call. Needless to say that I was pleasantly surprised that he took time to patiently walk me through this process.By the way, I had called another appliance repair shop and gave them the exact same information and was told that they could have someone come to have a look in 2 weeks.Thank you, Appliance Doctor!!!

The customer service is unacceptable and the receptionists body odor is extremely offensive. She is there every time I go in and it is overwhelming.

Requested technician come out to my house because my dryer was not heating up. The lady on the phone said someone would call me with an appointment time. 4 hrs later I called back. The lady on the phone was VERY rude and cut me off while talking. She said yeah we're coming out on Tuesday". I should have ended it right there.The technician came on Tuesday and told me the part I needed

Technican was ok. Part was ordered but waited 4 weeks. When it didn't arrive I had to cancel the job and buy a new fridge.

They came to fix a part on our dishwasher 5 months ago (20 weeks!!) and haven’t heard from them since. Called a few weeks ago and they said the part hasn’t came in yet, before I even gave them our name or any other information, so I’m not sure how they knew part wasn’t in. Anyways, I understand things are on back order, but when they said it would be in within a few weeks, and 5 months later, it’s still not fixed without even a Courtesy call is a bit ridiculous.

The place literally advertised. Appliance installation. Yet when I called and asked they say they don't. What an awful company

Went through the Maytag appliance repair scheduling on the website, but the scheduling on the website isn't what A & A books you in for. Booked a week later then the Maytag scheduling assistant. Called my work number and not my cell as suggested. Did not fix the problem and I had scheduled again with videos I had taken of the problem. Scheduled for Tuesday on Maytag site and they called me Monday the day before to come to the house. Reschedule for Friday and no call. Called Tuesday and now booked for the following Tuesday. That's 2 weeks I'm left waiting for repair.

Samsung uses this company for local repairs. They offer a two hr window to arrive at your home and was told It would take nine days for an appt to diagnose my fridge. The fee is $81.99 to show up and another $75 per hour for labour. There is zero customer satisfaction here.
