Great family clothing and jewellery store. They've been around for decades and are part of Arthur's heritage. It's worth to drive to this store and experience again the long forgotten old fashion shopping style of touch'n'feel whilst having a nice relaxing chit-chat with the owners.

A hidden gem still a great selection of evening wear fore women and everything for men.

Steve was awesome. He knows his trade very well. He made buying a suit, shirt and tie an easy experience. Time was an issue, but Steve made alterations happen. thanks Steve.

My husband recently purchased a suit from Sussman's Men's Wear Ltd., Arthur. One of the owners assisted him and was very accommodating for the sale and alteration of the pants. I noticed the jacket had creases on the back panel so we left it at the store to be pressed. My husand brought it home the next day, the creases not removed. I took it back and the owner insisted it had been pressed. One of their employees came stomping out visibly upset that the jacket was returned to be repressed. Their tailor then came out in an intimidating manner and I showed him the creases. He supposedly pressed it and brought it back out, creases still there. I showed him the creases, at which point he took his scissors, cut off the tags and was about to cut into the jacket. At this point, I pleaded with him to give me the jacket back, before he could inflict damage to the garment. Even the owner questioned what he was doing.I later had my son use his steam iron to try to remove the creases. I then realized that the creases were permanent due to an aberration in the manufacturing of the material. I truly believe that the owner and seamstress realized that the creases were permanent. Had I realized that at the time, I would have insisted they replace the jacket. Unfortunately, it is too late and we will never shop at Sussman's again.

Very fast service. I needed a pair of pants. The first one he showed me was the right one. They hemmed it within fifteen minutes. Super!

I cannot say enough about Sussman’s, they absolutely saved me for my wedding in June! After finding out six days ahead of my wedding that the suits we had custom made for myself and my groomsmen at another store would not be arriving in time for my wedding, we were scrambling to find suits. The staff at Sussman’s truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. This included pulling strings with their distribution centre to see if they could get six suits in the correct sizes for our groomsman, having the owner meet up with me and my wife after hours at a parking lot in Guelph to try on my suit and make sure it fit, getting the suits the next day, and then tailoring them the following day.In contacting dozens of men’s suits stores in the few days leading up to the wedding, Sussman’s was the only one that could even find suits the colour we were looking for, let alone assuring that they could arrive and be altered in time for the wedding. The staff here is the most helpful and accommodating I have ever experienced in retail, and the suits were beautiful and affordable.Thank you so much, I honestly do not know what we would have done without you… my wife may not have married me lol.

Gave me the wrong stuff for a wedding I was in. Then after I paid for it they would only give me store credit. It was fine because I had to get the right stuff anyway.

There isn't a better place to get a suit amazing team at sussmans!

Went out of their way on day offs/closed days to make sure my groomsmen and I were fitted in a ridiculously short time (apologies for that). Knowledgeable and great staff, I would recommend others to check them out. They have a big selection and made it work through this pandemic.Thank you so much for your help!
