Always impressed when I call these guys for help. Let’s be honest, we clients only call these guys when we can’t (or won’t) move something ourselves and they show up and make it happen with what looks like ease! Might as well just give them Superman Shirts.#supportlocal

I purchased a toilet through costco and when I tracked my package it was sent to this location and it was a couple weeks showing it was at this location and that I was about to get a call to schedule for delivery. I never got a call so I called and spoke to a woman that said she saw the toilet in their warehouse and that I would get a call to schedule for delivery. Got no call back. Called back 1 week later spoke to another woman named Barb that said my package is most likely on the next truck ?? and that I should be getting a call soon for delivery. Again NO CALL BACK!! Called again the next couple days after spoke to the same woman named Barb and she said she thinks it's still in the delta warehouse location and that she will call them to see if they have it and call me back. I told her it wouldnt be there because the tracking shows my package is at their location and the 1st lady said she even saw my toilet. She said that lady quit so she has no idea why she said that and she said it's not at their warehouse. So again waiting for a call back. No call back of course and then I called again. Same woman (Barb) says I'm waiting to hear back from the warehouse in delta she apparently left several voicemails. Well I got fed up and called that location in Delta and of course they picked up my call right away and said my package is not there, it's definitely showing its at this location. I then called back to this location and they were not picking up my calls. As soon as my husband called with a different phone number, Barb picked up and told my husband the package is not there and she doesnt know what to do. My husband asked to speak to the manager. She said sure let me go get him and hangs up the phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'm not surprised seeing all these negative reviews with this company. I hope the manager reads this review and knows about this complaint since we couldn't get ahold of him.

I placed a bunch of furniture orders from Costco, who in turn use Alero worldwide who in turn sub contract these guys for van island. I confirmed with Alero that I will be able to hold the items (with a charge ofcourse that I am ok with) before placing orders on Costco. I was told to wait for the delivery call and arrange the storage at the time. So I receive the call from these guys and got a voicemail. On calling back the guy seemed ticked off on the holding request and HUNG UP before I finished talking. Also they call telling me (not asking, telling) that they will deliver the item next day. That's not how is works dude. You call me and ask me when to deliver and then go from there. It is supposed to be white glove" delivery. There is a reason this profession has a certain image and it is clear why.I have reached out to Alero and confirmed the holding so it should be ok but these guys deserve a below zero rating.I will definitely be recording them as they deliver to my house

So whats happened within 8 months? My last order, (5 less than the picture) Happy guys delivered and helped me carry them up 7 STEPS.This delivery, nope, just drop them at the door outside - what am I supposed to do with the pallet? One of the guys was the same, nice enough but still left it. Guess he forgot the $20 bucks I gave last time, or else it wasn't enough....... Repeating only 7 steps to my door. Oh and the dispatcher was quite grumpy -Don't get annoyed when people ask you reasonable questions. By the way, last delivery, they would have got 5 stars.

I phoned back to simply inform that my wife would in fact be home during the delivery time, the guy who answered caught me off guard with how rude and put out he was that i had phoned back. ya.. its the 4th time you called today. no in fact i called twice !! the guy ended the call with ( ya sorry, I am trying to work here.) I do not appreciate the customer service manners and will not recommend.your job is to be on the phones. If you dont like it leave. better you then the customer. goof!

One star is too generous,Condescending - yesRude- yesDumb - not sure but definitely Daniel the coordinator who indicated 8 years of business and thousands of deliveries is quite the expert but will not deliver a 600 pound item to the room it belongs with out a signed Waiver taking them off the hook for a potentially damaging delivery.Who should or would agree to that??If you ask me these movers would like to be a Loomis or FedEx not an actual get it done with out whining moving company.More like 2 small dudes with no heart for the profession they picked.If you have a piano, large fridge, stove or anything heavy Daniel (aka dan) is not your Dude. Unless of course your ok with signing an it's ok to damage my house waiver.Poor leadership, can't get it done. Reflects badly on the company that hired the lowest bidder to make the none delivery to date.

Attempted to deliver to wrong address, and then was SUPER RUDE and condescending, when it was 100% their fault, and refused to take it to the correct address that I gave them, as they said it had to be given to them by Sears, not by me, (ya me,the person who is paying for the delivery). Dumb+rude=BAD combination.

Great service. Got a call a day in advance to let me know delivery times. Also, called me 1/2 hour before arrival on day of delivery. Highly recommend this company.
