This place is the best. I drove over my phone and crushed it , all I wanted was to get the photos off of it somehow. On the SAME DAY they called to say they had got my phone running again, they just replaced the screen and did whatever repairs / cleaning was needed. All I wanted was the photos, they gave me back a fully functioning phone for $145 after tax. Super reasonable, super professional. Take your broken phone here first!!

They are wonderful.We we’re looking for a place to get all the file in the old hard drive from old computer. Other places gave us ridiculously high estimate quote or never got back to us.Originally, we visited this place to replace a cracked iPhone display but since the guy at front was really nice, we asked about the HD. Then he told us they could do it and they finished the job so fast. Price was about $200 including a new USB drive with the old files which we wanted to get. That’s pretty awesome. Next time we need to fix something, definitely go back to these guys!

My Samsung Note 20 Ultra's screen was not displaying but I knew the phone was on as my alarms went off as usual. I was turned away from another repair shop because my phone was not purchased from US/Canada and got recommended to come here. I think it reflects well on the service when a direct competitor recommends them! Called them beforehand to ensure that they could help, and they were very friendly and reassuring. When I arrived, I was helped by Josh and was quoted a reasonable price for an estimated screen replacement. I was told that they would order the parts in for the repair and given an estimate of 3 days to come back. But not even 2 hours later, they texted and informed that it was an easy fix as the connector to the screen had just come loose, and that they wouldn't charge me. I am very, very grateful for their help and heartened that they were satisfied just to help with a simple job. Offered them coffee and a tip but they refused it as well! Highly recommend this place and their super kind employees.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Went to get my battery replaced. They told me when I dropped it off if anything were to happen they would replace the phone. When I got my phone back the screen didn't work and it would randomly press numbers when it was sitting on the table. When I went back the same day they told me I was lying and that the screen must of been broken before I brought it in. (They also had my passcode and could of checked this themselves before they changed my battery) They told me they could replace it for an extra 275 dollars with a 50 dollar discount". The owner wouldn't even come to the front counter to talk to me as he was too "busy" and made his employee do it. The only good thing that came out of this was they refunded me what they charged me for the battery change. I still had to get a new phone."

Brought my Macbook pro in for a battery change on a Monday afternoon. Staff told me it would have to be special ordered and would be done the next day or after. Received a text message Tuesday late afternoon saying my battery replacement was completed. Picked it up with no issues so far. Quick and efficient. Way cheaper than apple store if you ran out of apple care.

Went in with my Macbook Air 2016 to replace the battery that couldn't hold a charge. Great customer service, friendly staff, incredibly competitive prices, and they delivered as advertised. Will definitely come back again with out of Apple Care+ warranty products for repairs.

I am really impressed by the service. They were able to give me a good estimate and helped me consider repair versus replacement. They also were able to give accurate time estimates for parts on order and for repair time. Costs were in line with my own research. I highly recommend there services!

Worst repair shop in city. Rip me off 500. Phone screen turned green after repair. No physical damage. They won't do anything about it. Never go there. How can a phone have physical damage with not a mark in it. Don't ever go there

Ipad air 4 needed the screen replaced had to wait an extra day for the special order (dropped it off Wednesday afternoon picked up Friday afternoon) but it was worth the price on my babies face when he seen his NEW ipad lol

Took in an iPad to fix charging port and they took care of other related issues. I applaud their holistic approach and good advice. Very knowledgeable technicians. I recommend them any day for mobile devices repairs.
