I have installed Shaw services here regularly over the last 6 years. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. The building is clean and quiet.

The fees compared to the services are exploitative. They still allow smoking indoors and do not clean the suites as promised. You can help your elders find a much better residence that delivers on the services they claim to provide at a much better price and value than this dump.

I did give this place an excellent rating when my parents lived there, but since they have passed we have been given nothing but a run aroundMy dad's rent was paid, he passed (he was alone in his room for at least 6 hours before I found him. Not even checked on when he missed meals and a hair appt), we moved everything out and cleaned the unit by the 11th of the month. That was in April and we have been fighting even since to get the refund we were promised. Very frustrating

I understand the food here is not that great though they sure woo a potential resident with good food. Must be from a different kitchen. But also hear that the staff are good people.

Very very clean. Staff incredibly friendly, everyone knows everyone . Suites are beautiful. Feels like a family atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
