WinCan has great customer service. We had a few issues following the installation of our windows and door but the company was able to resolve them. Aaron in particular was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to others.

I had my windows replaced recently by WINCAN and we are super happy with the installations and services. My coworker recommended WINCAN to me after his window replace project and I decided to replace windows in late last Dec, it was a couple of days before holidays, all business are ready to wrap up for Christmas holidays. After my initial call, Adrian managed to come by to my house for the measurements and provided me honest opinions and recommendations for the project. They scheduled my installations as soon as the weather is getting warmer and they even replaced my patio door due to an urgency in Feb. Their contractors are very professional and efficient. They even custom made a screen on site for one of small windows at free of charge. Adrian delivered a pint of paint to my house as I need to paint some windows to match up the new ones. WINCAN is a great company that you can trust. You will be stress free if you have your project handled by them.

Looking to replace some of our windows, some which were original with our home and some that were already previously replaced, but not doing a very good job at insulating. We also wanted to take advantage of the current rebates available. Recommend by a friend who used WINCAN over 10 yrs ago.Didn't make an appointment, was just looking at our options and walked into the store. It was quite busy when we walked in but didn't mind waiting for someone to answer a couple questions we had.We were introduced to Justin and he was able to give answers on estimated costs, types of styles and info on rebates.We decided to go ahead and have someone come by our home to take official measurements and quote. We really wanted 7 windows to be replaced but depending on the cost also wanted to replace 3 smaller bathroom windows as well. Justin came by a couple days later and gave us a detailed breakdown of costs and timing.We went ahead and did all 10 windows with ETA of 5 weeks which was all completed install over 2 days. We've only had the windows installed for just over a week and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Our a/c hasn't been running nearly as much since this week of heat wave compared to the other one about a month ago.Thank you Justin and your team for a stress-free experience :)

It was a pleasant experience from sales to installation. Everyone showed their professionalism. Starting with detailed price breakdown for each window to their quote. The installation was great, the installing crew just need 2 days to complete more than 20 windows. They may not the cheapest; however, it is definitely the best customer service you can have from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

Beautiful and high quality windows and doors. We had WinCan replace all windows, doors and a patio door. Full installation took three days, and you can tell Ryan and his team made sure each window was installed to perfection. Job site was cleaned properly, and our neighbours even complimented on the quality of work. The head office was very responsive at all times as well. Will recommend to friends and family.
