Randomly take money from my account for a bunch of different fees I never agreed to or was told about. The main branch in Regina is only open 32 hours a week? Worst banking experience I've ever dealt with

Signed up a few weeks ago and I've been calling to talk to a representative about and I literally can't grt through to anyone! Just keeps giving you options to press and then when I finally did get through they said you're in the wrong department " and hung up. Literally the worst bank ill just close it and go elsewhere."

Tried to get a cheque cashed from there that was issued by their own bank. They sent me away to deposit the cheque in my cibc account and I needed the money asap. Smh. Now my road trip was cancelled.

Only bank that does not cash a check every other bank will take a fee to cash a check this bank will make you pay $30 to certify it uncalled for unprofessional
