I recently got a sound system installed at Visions. Everything went great! Warren helped me get exactly what I needed and they were able to do the install in a reasonable amount of time. They built a custom box for the subs to perfectly fit my vehicle needs! Customer service was excellent. And the components are excellent, it sounds amazing!

We have had the best service and experience with Kyle. He had installed a bracket and 75in TV for my senior parents here in Medicine Hat. He than came back to remove and will be installing it in their Brooks house. He is polite and so helpful. My mom was so happy he could come all the way to Brooks and help. It makes me grateful that I can trust he will do a great job for my parents.Thanks KyleMichelle

My son purchased door speakers. He attempted to install them and he was unable to. We took it back to Visions to have them installed....they spent 7 hrs installing them - they had to build brackets. They broke his door handle and when we picked the car up, the speakers didn't work. When I inquired about this - I was told by the floor manager Ryland, that the speakers were installed" as we asked - we didn't specify that they had to work.Extremely disappointed in the level of service. We spent $500 between the speakers and the install - only to have the speakers not work

Bought a new TV and Kyle came to the house to do an install. He went above and beyond to get my older theater system working with the new TV. He did an amazing job. (Has alot more patients then I do) Anyway , great job to Owen and Kyle for making the purchase a great experience. Will definitely be a return customer

I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at visions. Management and staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right product for you and are happy with your purchase.
