Edited down to 1 star. The service in store and on the phone is extremely poor and plain rude. I called to ask a simple question, and wasn't able to both understand and hear the employee. Apparently asking to repeat what he said made him annoyed and he hung up on me, then proceeded to direct all calls to voicemail.The store itself can use an interior upgrade and cleaning. A lot of produce being cleared out is not edible because its so overripe and old. The floor is very sticky and they've laid out newspaper in the wet moldy areas.

South Asian spices, fruits, snacks, rice and many other groceries available at very competitive prices. Though store upkeep needs a lot of attention. Stock has improved. In common with general state of grocery trade supply issues are evident. Apples seem to have almost disappeared.

Best place for an international student to shop groceries in Vancouver. I do not have to worry about my grocery bill because of this shop. Now they have cleaned the place a lot and it is in a great condition than before.

Extremely cheap and competitive prices for fruits that are nearing expiry. Shop here if you intend to consume on same day of purchase. They also have other foods such as nuts, rice, sauces, and hair products.

This store has a good selection of ethnic dry goods and produce. Real tortillas in the refrigerator. Prices are low but so is the quality of the produce for the most part. You really need to search for the best one in the bunch and you'll probably need to use it within the next couple of days. Where else can you get a box of hothouse toms for $3? Only street parking available.

Used to go there when passing through the area. Today I saw a customer opening all the blueberries boxes in the front display, systematically picking the largest berries from all of them and making it into his own “custom” container, leaving half empty containers behind for the rest of us. I asked an employee to report the problem to the manager. He didn’t give a damn.

With high grocery prices all over Canada,, this place will not disappoint you. I was there this week and purchased a 2 pound bag of small Persian cucumbers for $1.50 and a bag of 5 perfect beets for $1.75. None of the large grocery chains come close to these prices. Nor does the small grocery down the street. Take your business here. You will love the opportunity to buy extremely fresh veggies at extremely low prices.
