TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The teller name starts with H is super rude. The front manager name starts with C and the branch manager here is the worst TD manager. All of their hires are Chinese. I asked why couldn't they hire a Punjabi-speaking teller all I get back from them is a laugh. They dare to accuse me of racism. TD needs to do something. South Asians cannot stand with this!

Such a funny coincidence. Went to visit with my friend Hyyyper. The teller first name starts with H and last name Wong told us he just got promoted. Where his service is still bad and slow, doesn't know what hes doing and how did he get the promotion. Probably some typical undertable stuff. Abdiqafar not sure if you're referring to the same poor service guy. Just to add for my friend. TD didn't do anything after the so called owner respond the review.

Wilmer was very patient and friendly with me. He made my experience excellent and he even recommended me difference credit options which I didn’t know was available

I went in this branch to withdraw cash yesterday. The teller himself did not count the cash by hand and instead, he used the cash counting machine. My mistake was that I did not ask the teller to count it himself. It was a mistake. After leaving the branch and went home, I counted the cash and it was 100 dollars short. After banking with TD for more than 20 years, this was the first time and was helpless because I left the branch already before realizing it was short. The cash was my mother's monthly supplement and now she is $100 dollars short to buy groceries.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never written a review in my life but my experience at this bank has enticed me to. The kid who was supposed to help me was completely incompetent, disrespectful towards my time and had no customer service, period. On top of the way he handled my appointment, he made a dumb mistake and reported my card as lost instead of simply ordering me a new one, which led to it being completely unusable and blocked until expected arrival of the new one 10 business days later. It caused a nuisance where I had to go through all the trouble of calling every company that was trying to put charges through to my card to explain what had happened. Absolutely unprofessional and straight up stupid. I have a lot of words for this kid but can’t be bothered to waste any more time dealing with idiots.

I have had a bunch of unpleasant experience this year with this branch. The only reason I picked this branch was because it’s on my way to work and near a grocery store.I made an appointment with Johnny in Janurary and only to find he was sick for the day upon arrival. I understand that happens to everyone but there was simply no notice at all. The lady who’s usually in charge at the lobby was nice and helpped me find another advisor.I emailed Johnny mid Feburary to transfer my RRSP from another bank to TD before mature date. I emailed pictures of my old rrsp statements over assuming that the transfer must had been completed by early March until I finally got a call from him THREE WEEKS AFTER and was told he did not know how to print the picture attachments and I was requested to either send my statements again either in pdfs or come to the branch in person. Ended up emailing all forms in pdf. I had to argue with my old bank because by the time Johnny started working on my transfer it was almost past the 2 weeks grace period before they lock my fund in GIC.I had to follow up several times with phone calls and emails to get Johnny help waive my RRSP transfer fee as promised.I am now following up with Johnny again for the RRSP account opening bonus since I’ve completed my six month consecutive contribution. But my email has not been replied still after one week, voice messages left have never been corresponded to.It’s frustrating to do so many follow-ups that could have been avoided.

This branch is not for banking. This branch is place where they will take a test of your patience level. Rude behaviour, bad service, asking so many irrelevant, questions from teller. Especially when I been there and gave my voice cheque they the teller replied “there are so many numbers. I don’t know what to do.” The way talk its I felt like i’m the servant of TD. I like TD but i never had issues with TD. The one I have suffered today. I will never go again. Worst experience ever. Please you guts should avoid this one. And please take a proper actuons. This is not a 1 star review. It is a 0 star review. Benjamin Tang has 0 customer service. Had no intentions on helping me. Had a very judgy" demeanor. The experience was such a joke. Went to another branch and the rep there was phenomenal and was able to help me."

I've got a problem with my bank account, it was blocked for indefinite reason, I was basically following one of the 2 options (to visit Bank branch OR to call the customer service) even though I visited the Bank branch, the manager told me that I need to call the customer service and they cannot help me in the branch, too disappointing and time wasting.

I have to say this is the worst TD in Richmond.If you have money don’t deposit at this branch ,the machine had some errors issue but no body solved the problem.If you ask the banker who answered “I don’t know,I don’t know….”
