Rarely have I experienced such excellence in customer service. Matthew was more than helpful - he was professional and friendly and made me feel like all my concerns we important and valuable. I left feeling taken care of, and like I had made the purchase that was perfect for me. The ergonomic chair I bought has completely changed my working at home situation! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

It is a very nice showroom. The customer service was excellent. Did not feel rushed at all, could take as much time as you needed. Very relaxing experience and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I would revisit this place in a heartbeat!

I went there with a specific chair in mind. Still, Polly patiently introduced me to other options available. I ended up getting the chair I had in mind in the first place. However, I appreciate her giving me a better insight. She walked me through all the customization steps, and I got EXACTLY what I wanted. :)Polly is super friendly, highly knowledgeable, and professional. Even if you don't end up buying your desk or chair from here, just check it out for browsing your options. You won't be dissapointed!!

I purchased an office chair from this location, it was an overall great experience. The staff is extremely knowledge and are not pushy sales people. I dealt with Matt, he showed me a 4 different chairs, walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of each chair.Matt reached out after the sale to ask if I had any issues with the chair. I walked him through an issue I was coming across, he responded promptly with a solution.Build quality is impeccable and the chairs come with a 12 year warranty - which I hope I won't have to use.

Amazing chairs, great customer service!Greg is very knowledgeable and helped us a lot to make the best choice without creating any pressure. He also went above and beyond and proactively captured a couple of configuration mismatches in our order. We had a custom order with non-standard fabric color and some other specific elements so it was quite easy to make a mistake.Julia from the customer service assisted with our order as well and she also provided excellent customer service and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Thanks to Greg and Julia we got exactly what we wanted, and we are very happy with our new chair.

The Sales Associate, Polly did a fantastic job detailing the product and the options available on both the raising desk and chair options. The pricing was more than competitive for the quality of the product. The delivery and setup were done as promised. I will definitely buy from Ergo Centric again.
