Thank you to Rob and Charlie for the great customer experience. My wife and I came to JLC to buy a watch for myself. We were not disappointed, I bought the JLC Reverso large duo face. Rob was great to deal with and the knowledge that Charlie has, about all watches, is amazing.We'll definitely go back and see them again for my next watch. This is all about what a first class watch shopping experience should be! I was introduced to Charlie by dear friends yesterday, and we had a wonderful time chatting and looking at many of the amazing JLC watches. Humble, professional, knowledgeable and fun. Buying a new watch must first and foremost be fun. We were also assisted by charming Grace and Esther. I got to see - and purchase - a grail watch. Visiting the JLC Boutique on Alberni Street here in Vancouver is a must for any watch lover, or anyone else looking for a special timepiece!

Rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after talking watches with Charlie for a little under an hour. One of the best boutique experiences I've had from ANY brand—the perfect mix of professionalism and knowledge all delivered in an approachable package. Didn't end up making a purchase today but will absolutely be giving these folks my business when the time comes!
