Oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start.Everything about Bijoux Majesty is amazing, from chatting with them them online, contacting the store by phone and in person! The service is 11/10 !If you are looking for a place to buy beautiful Diamonds you have to book an appointment with Majesty.Rachel was our consultant and everything about our experience was fabulous. She explained the quality of the diamonds, the different clarities and the size of the stones.To say that I left happy is an understatement!!!Thank you so much again Rachel !I would also like to thank Ryan for the beautiful craftsmanship in my ring. We had to have It is sized and instead Ryan explained that a better option would be to make a new ring. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect! My ring is stunning and fits perfectly!Thank you again !

They were very helpful, sat down and really made me feel comfortable and took their time to find the perfect ring. I found my person.Now I needed the perfect ring to make it official.I headed down to Montreal's diamond district with a few places in mind. My first stop was Bijoux Majesty. It was my last stop.When I was buzzed through the door, I knew I was in for quite an experience. The place was immaculate, like one of their diamonds.My hostess was extremely warm and inviting. We went through a few routine questions pertaining to look, budget, size, etc...I was a walk-in with no appointment and within 10 minutes, I was brought in to consult with Ryan.I'm sure it might be a bit intimidating to some to visit an establishment like this, especially if you have a limited budget. Rest assured, everyone is super friendly and down to earth here, no hint of snobbism to be found.Ryan took the better part of an hour with me as we inspected various settings and diamonds. He seemed very passionate about his craft. We must have gone through at least 20 cases of rings and diamonds together and I'm certain we could've gone through 20 more had I not found my perfect ring.They have a very fast turnaround time for custom orders as well.I'm very thankful to Ryan and everyone at Bijoux Majesty for my experience that day.If you're shopping for anything diamond, give these guys a call. I have made two purchases at this jewelry store. Each experience has been top notch from an engagement ring to a silver necklace for my daughters 13th birthday. Each experience has made me feel special in each purchase. I plan on making all my jewelry there. Jeff is a professional individual. They are only open during the week. Their show room is nice and well lit.
