Tim has completed several projects in our home. A new UV and reverse osmosis system, assisting with new water lines and trouble shooting water issues. He is extremely responsive, helpful and professional. We highly recommend his services.

Excellent service. Tim understood exactly the problems I was having with my cheap cabinet style water softener that I had purchased from a big box store. I am very pleased with the high quality replacement water softener system he installed.

Tim has served us for several years. He is professional. Our well water is very hard and needs TLC. He's come back to make adjustments as needed and helps to maintain the equipment as well. He has explained where the issues are and has been able to resolve them.

Burlington Water Tech was referred to us by a friend who had a 5* experience with Tim.I met with Tim twice once to assess my job and again to get it done. Both times he showed up a few minutes earlier than expected. I was not oversold on my requirements and the job was completed as scheduled.The job site was left spotless.As i hung around to watch him work, Tim took the time to answer all my silly questions and even gave me options on the equipment placements etc.I highly recommend this company for any water service needs!

Amazing service from Tim and Burlington Water Tech. I had a client who's U.V. system wasn't functioning properly. Tim came out the next day to take a look and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. Quick and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending him again.

We were loyal customers for Burlington Water Tech for over six years and spent thousands of dollars on a brand new well pressure tank, water filtration system, water softening system and new reverse osmosis system. We had Tim come yearly to inspect and service our water system he installed at our home. I called Tim last year for a service repair. Our reverse osmosis system sink faucet and lines that he installed for us were leaking! Not only were we refused a service call I was told to call a plumber to repair the damage! The installation by Tim was done incorrectly and caused water damage in our home. A licensed plumber was called and had to correct the improper installation by Burlington Water Tech. After being loyal customers for years and refused service on their equipment and installation I will never use this business again. We are very disappointed in Burlington Water Tech and would not recommend this business.
