I’m writing this review to share my experience with Zuccarini in buying my new espresso machine. TLDR, they’re great and I love my new Izzo Alex PID!Savvy café owners know that their espresso equipment is a lot like a car when it comes to choosing a brand and a dealer. They will have learned the importance of understanding all aspects of the lifecycle before entering into a long-term relationship.Home users may not realize this until sometime after their purchase, when they question the wisdom of their choice and/or have to find a distant place to haul their machine for repair and then wait weeks without their morning beverage of choice. Well, I didn't when I made my first purchase over 20 years ago, but I've learned.At the Zuccarini showroom at Davenport and Dufferin, I received in-depth equipment advice and demonstrations, as well as training on how to best use and care for the equipment. Their in-house service department tested my machine prior to delivery and will provide in-house service during and after the warranty period. Their heritage in commercial and residential espresso sales and service is second to none in Toronto, and I found their showroom staff and service personnel to be attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them for espresso equipment of all types and complexities.

Phenomenal wide range of top notch espresso machines and accessories are available at Zuccarini. Staff are superbly knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable.Recently, my spouse and I replaced our 13 year old espresso machine that was also purchased at Zuccarini. Edward, a very knowledgeable staff member spent 2 hours explaining, demonstrating and answering questions on the fine art of making outstanding cups of espresso. Impressive! I have had multiple positive experiences with Zuccarini. I have had an espresso machine fixed here, and also purchased a new one from them recently. Just purchased a Eureka 60E On Demand Commercial Grinder. l had the pleasure of being served by George. His product knowledge was excellent and he went beyond my expectations while providing a demonstration and while showing me how to calibrate the grinder. George is passionate about coffee and was patient while answering all of my questions. He also backs up his knowledge by pulling amazing espresso shots and making cappuccino. l thoroughly enjoyed my experience which explains while l continue to buy products from Zuccarini.
