Went in for a printer, absolutely no help from anyone. The one worker just stared at us from the counter he was leaning against. When we inquired about one of the more expensive printers we were told they didn't have any and to go home and order it online lmao. So we went to best buy and they ordered me one and made over 1500.00. I recommend everyone go to best buy, they are awesome and lots of customer service.

I came to Staples to print something. The lady whose working there should not worked in customer service at all. She told me to print it on the self serve. She should have asked me first if it just a paper or a special one so I waste $3.50 for nothing because i need a matte paper. So she said she should do it. Then I was the first to come but instead of prioritizing me she did 3 customers first before me. Not a good service at all.

Poor service every time I need to use the Print department. Most of the girls working there seem like they don't know how to do anything at all. Recently brought a large image in to be scanned and put on a flash drive only for it to be crooked. Came back in once I realized the image was crooked to get it rescanned. The girl said she straightened the image out but nothing was fixed at all.

Nice products and helpful staff. However we needed a new desk for our office. They didn't seem to have anything in stock and two of the floor models we picked out were discontinued and unable to purchase. They do have some nice stuff at a decent price, good luck getting it though!

Terrible customer service especially from the “manger”. No attempt to help me with a return and shrugged at me and said it’s not our problem. Best Buy from now on 100%.

I do miss having the local stationary store downtown but Staples does have pretty much everything I need for the office.

The staff were friendly and after looking for 15 minutes came up and asked if I needed help. Very poor stock, could not find a charging cord for my fit bit or a screen protector for my phone because they were out of stock or had very limited stock.
