When you only operate during work hours, its extremely frustrating when I need to take time off from work just to waste an hour standing in front of the door waiting for my appointment, only to be met with no responses to my calls or to me ringing the buzzer. If you're going to book an appointment with clients on a friday afternoon, at least know your own hours... appointment set for 3:30 on friday, hours of operation 9am-12pm. Way to go guys. Lost a potential renter for this place and anything that quadreel manages.

Wow if i could give fifteen15's management a zero star rating I would. Called the leasing office to make an appointment for an in-person viewing and was told that they were only open for viewings monday to friday, 10am to 4pm. Me and my boyfriend both work a 9 to 5 job and i asked if it was ok to make an exception to show us the apartments after 5. The person I talked to said no exceptions, and reiterated they are only available Mon to Fri 10 to 4. So we arranged a viewing for Friday at 3:30.Come Friday, my boyfriend and I leave work early at 3 and make our way over to fifteen15. We get there at 3:30 on the dot, and rang the leasing office buzzer about 20 times with no response. We stayed around for about 20 mins waiting. What kind of property management blows their clients off like that? Extremely unprofessional.Not only did we need to take time out of our working day to come down for our appointment, but it was all for nothing as apparently nobody at fifteen15 cares about communicating properly with potential renters. Looking at their google page, their hours are listed as follows:Friday: 9am - 12pmSaturday: 10am - 5pmSunday: ClosedMonday to Thursday: 9am - 6pmWhy weren't these hours communicated to me over the phone? Why did someone schedule me in for 3:30 on a friday when they close at 12? If they are this unprofessional to deal with before renting from them, I can't even imagine how annoying and difficult it would be as a renter.Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Lived here for 1 year and 6 months and my experience with the administration is nothing but amazing. It was my first time moving out so it was a bit scary but Fifteen15 made it bearable. Sad that I had to leave but would highlg recommend the building to anyone looking for a building that has 24/7 emergency line, safety features (you can only access your floor and the floor that has the gym). Locked out? You just call the emergency line and they gochu. The amount of times I have locked myself out is...well more than 5 for sure. Thanks Fifteen15!

I was looking for a place and the resident manager, Janelle, showed me a suite. Although I didn't up renting a place there, Janelle was amazing and answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend Fifteen15 to my friends who are looking to move.

I recently moved into this community and I am so happy I did. Rent was reasonable which was a critical part of my decision criteria. Additionally, from a location perspective, it is great as it is located close enough to 17th Ave but also a little off of it so you have your peace and quiet. Lastly, the community team at Fifteen15 made the entire process as smooth, efficient and easy as possible and I am so grateful for that.

They are quick with service requests. My service request was responded to the next day. The technician answered my questions about the heating/cooling controls and explained the reduced cooling power. Also the tech offered to check my air filters and replaced them which really improved air flow and cooling power.

We have lived here for 2 years, and will be looking to move into a new unit in the same building when our lease ends in June. Everyone that works for the management has been great to deal with, especially Janelle! I have emailed a few times for a variety of reasons and she is always so kind and prompt with her replies. Honestly could not ask for a better building or management! And location is amazing for walking downtown to work (me) or driving south (husband).

Lived here for 4 years and sad to be leaving (moving across country for work). All of the staff in the building are friendly. The management team has been very accommodating. Easy to place work orders (I have locked myself out a few times and never had to wait long - even late at night). Great communication when repairs are happening in the building. You can’t beat the location or the views from the apartments.

I love living at 1515 I been here for two years and I truly have no complaints. The staff is really nice to me and to everyone else. Janelle always makes me feel welcome and if I have a question about anything she is always willing to help and Emely is a sweetheart always has a smile on her face and is willing to go out her way to help you too. This building is super clean and the condo units are chic and modern. Also, the building Maintenance is awesome.

Moved in from out of province and the help has been nothing but terrific. Moving provinces is challenging enough and Fifteen15 made it as easy as possible. The staff has been incredible all around and my room was in great condition on move in.This review is just my first impression, but having lived in a few buildings before this, I can highly recommend this building.
