We absolutely loved working with Brad and his team at Skinner & Skinner Architects. The whole experience from the first meeting ( where he basically asked how we wanted to live in the house) to completion of this great infill home was beyond our expectations.

Brad and his team at Skinner Architects were great to work with. They are passionate about building, listened to our everchanging plans and were always willing to discuss options. Our house has changed considerably, Brad had the vision to take our small reno and completely change the look of our home. Our builder said numerous times that these are the best drawings he has ever worked with and praised Brad's thoroughness and foresight. Thanks for everything; it is hard to believe we are at the same house!

Skinner & Skinner Architects really are the quintessential home designers for your custom home. The initial meetings with Bradley, Tom, and his team were very welcoming. The design for our modern beach home was love at first sight, there was no going back. Building a home during a pandemic was full of challenges and delays. However, like a strong foundation, Skinner & Skinner were there to accommodate changes to the design and to even offer suggestions to our landscaping design far after the home was built. Bradley has a passion that transcends just a job, they create with passion and vision and will in our opinion, not disappoint.
