自己的银行，哈哈。服务很热情没得说，不过效率低也是真的。倒是不怪他们，破系统、流程臃肿一直都是国外银行的传统

Very frustrating dealing with these people. Absolutely no customer service and when you do have service, they are rude and condescending. Avoid banking here unless truly necessary.

2011年的时候在这里申请当年香港派的6000，前几天想起来这笔钱去银行取。原来两边系统不一样，当年的户口是帮我开在香港不是在这里，而且2013年后不能再通过银行将钱汇到这边银行。虽然取不了钱，但是工作人员解释得几清楚而且还建议我接下来有什么办法可以做。服务不错！

I wish I had an option for 0 star. I never thought that I would have had such a terrible experience in any bank. The person who answered my call treated me like I was an idiot. I would say please be far away from this bank to save your precious time and energy.

Hard to find a parking, follow same teller service like China, it very slow, also same banking rule with China.
