Dr. Pandher was great. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. Just experience at the front desk wasn't pleasant. My insurance was billed but got denied so I paid in full price. There was a problem with the card machine so it took a LONG time to get it worked. At home I looked at claim submission form. My claim was denied because it was billed under my husband's name and his member ID number. I showed my card to the front desk so don't know why she my under my husband's. Now I have to submit to my insurance manually.

The front admin team did not inform me that there would be a charge for my visit. As someone who has vision covered by my extended medical, I expect my routine visits to coincide with what my coverage offers. As you advised, routine visits are recommended every 1 to 2 years but my extended medical, that you have on file, covers visits only every two years. Why was I told that I was due for a check-up after only 1 year? I should have been notified that it had only been a year since my last check-up and that there would be a charge. If your system is not set up to track a patient’s coverage, then it is important to make them aware that there may be a charge for the visit. This was not done during the initial booking call nor the reminder call.

Eye exam was perfect no issues. Thank youHowever, what I noticed was that when you send the appointment booking notification; please include the last visit or exam date as well in the email/message. The reason me and wife booked the exam just a 2 days from the previous exam as per my policy we can book exam only once in 2 years and now we have to pay the amount that is not covered by the insurance company because we forgot the last date and thought you have checked and sent email only after two years :(

I have never met a more patient doctor in my life! Jessica made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me so well. Since I was a kid I haven’t liked going to the eye doctor but she made it such a positive experience, as did all of the reception girls :) thank you!!

I was really impressed that the staff managed to squeeze me in the same day without an appointment. The tests they did were very thorough and the doctor explained all the results very well. The doctor recognized the urgency of my situation and referred me to a specialist. Very impressed with my visit!

Always a positive experience at this clinic! From the courteous and professional staff, the timely manner of the appointment and getting me in and out during a busy work day. Dr Dhaliwal makes you feel relaxed, is professional and explains everything throughout the appointment. Fabulous teamwork!

Called in to book an appointment for 4:15pm - was coming from Vancouver and there was a lot of traffic. Called by 4 pm that I would be running 10-15 minutes late, the receptionist told me that was okay, that I should still come. Got there for 4:30 - was told doctor can’t see me because they are fully booked, after I drove 50 minutes to see them. Receptionist was rude, not sympathetic took time to chat with her colleague for over 5 minutes, before even telling me that I could not be seen.

Booked an Eye exam with Contact lense fitting via the Lenscrafter website. Was super disappointed to find out that I was just having an eye exam and that I would have to come back another time for Contact lense fitting. Wish I would have left right then. I wanted to do both on the same appointment. Also shocked to find out it's $95 for this training session/fitting. They should indicate fees when booking these appoinments. it's $125 for an eye exam geez the Doctor and desk staff are friendly enough just disappointed that I didn't get the contact lense fitting like I scheduled.
