Hi-Lite Exteriors

Wow. Just wow. We were reluctant to hire hi-lite because of the lack of reviews/online presence but boy are we glad that didn’t stop us! Tim and his crew went above and beyond. Their attention to detail is next to none, the crew was hardworking and respectful, and the price was great. I would recommend hi-lite to anyone looking to reside their place - our home looks brand new and we couldn't be happier!

We had new gutters installed 2020 by Hi-Lite Exteriors and have continually had dripping issues since. A seam on the front and back of our home was positioned directly over the front and back doorways where the dripping occurs.Tim and/or his installers have been out to smear more sealant on to the joints but the gutters continue to drip. We also have not had confirmation of their arrival or work done as they have not communicated their arrival or work performed. I have provided Tim with a video that clearly shows there are low spots at these joints where water pools which I believe suggests the water is not able to run up hill to the down pipes to drain off due to the angle of installed trough. I also have experienced long waits when we have emailed Tim which is adding to our exasperation.I do hope I can soon post a positive review once this has been rectified.
