Test the item before leaving the store!I bought a used apple trackpad from these guy and brought it home only to find out it had a malfunctioning battery that would not hold any charge. I spent a couple of hours trying to make sure that was it and even called the store. Their advice was to read apple's instructions or return it.... obviously I'd done that already. Their product was dead and I wasted hours of my day, but at least their staff was nice to work with.

We had a wonderful experience here! My wife took in her phone to Apple store to repair her charging port and they were going to charge her four hundred dollars. However, when we brought it here they were able to quickly fix the issue for free without replacing the charging port!

I brought my computer in for repair and Paul was able to fix it A LOT faster than the initial estimate and for less than the original quote. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need computer service in the future!

IAfter replacing the cracked screen on my phone, some of the back icons wouldn’t work properly. So I took my phone back to them for assistance and they discovered my screen was the cause. So they replaced that screen for a new one within one hour and I was on my way with a working phone!I have purchased several phones from them and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service ! Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.I highly recommend them .

I have made numerous purchases with Device Pitstop at this and another location and the service and deals have been so worth it.These guys don’t hide behind fine-print…they just treat you like they would want to be treated if the shoe were on the other foot. It’s a breath of fresh air!

These guys are fantastic. I stopped in to have my OS reinstalled. While we were there we picked up a used gaming laptop for my son. When we got home, we were having troubles downloading the software required. So we went back and no questions asked, they just jumped right in and helped us install everything. Super friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable pricing. Would strongly recommend.

I got outstanding service from Paul who is a lead technician at this Device Pitstop location. Paul fixed my broken Fitbit watch within half an hour and made my day. Paul didn't even charge for his service and I truly appreciate for all his help!!
