We've had to call up Shane's a few more times than I would have liked on the last little bit, but every time it has been a pleasant experience. Very helpful and always friendly.

Contacted ama to get a tow as i was stuck in the mud about 50 feet of a range road, shanes towing showed up almost 2 hours later. The nice but inexperienced driver showed up and drove straight it to me, hooked up to pull me out and ended up stuck in a matter of 10 min. I ended up calling titan towing who showed up in 30 min, pulled us both out and cost me over 300 bucks, thanks ama. Only call shanes if you break down on a road or need a tire changed

Highly recommend. A huge thank you to Shane! Motorhome broke down and he showed up personally and totally saved the day! He showed up way faster than AMA predicted and was so helpful and kind to us. You really made the ending to our May long trip, thanks a million man!

While travelling home during the Christmas season with my family on a Friday night the tire on my vehicle fell off on the highway in the middle of nowhere. I called AMA and they had dispatched Shane's Towing. Shane himself took the call and came to the scene quickly. He was very professional and personable. I rode with him to the nearest urban city and we left the vehicle at a repair centre. Given the time of the day when the incident happened and during the holidays I am so thankful Shane came and helped us out.

Our teenage daughter was on her way back to the city for school when she hit black ice and ended up in the ditch. THANK YOU Shane's Towing for noticing her and helping her out on such a cold day. You are AMAZING!!!

My wife and our two dogs had gotten a flat just outside of Smoky Lake and Shane came out to help us.He was extremely kind and professional, and we had a great conversation on the drive back to town.We stopped at the gas station so I could use the ATM, and Shane was nice enough to drop my wife off at our home prior to dropping our vehicle at the local tire shop.At that point I had realized that I no longer had my wallet. In my panicked state, I started searching the lot at the tire shop, and Shane was right there with me looking through the cab of his truck and all over the ground around the lot.He suggested that he drive me back to the gas station so I could have a look there. Again he was right there searching with me.I did end up finding my wallet later, so thanks again to Shane, you are a life saver and a good person, bottom line!

We were on our way to a fun camping trip at the lake for the long weekend when we hit a deer. Shane showed up faster than AMA estimated and put us at ease immediately. Within ten minutes, he had our truck loaded up and our trailer attached and our family comfortably in his tow vehicle and off of the side of the highway. He was incredibly kind, joked around with the kids, offered us water and even dropped us off at home once our vehicle was dropped at the auto body shop. I can't say enough about Shane, he really took a stressful day and helped us make the best of it. Highly recommended.

I have had to call Shane's towing a couple times and every time is a great experience shane and his employee (steve) are very polite and friendly they always get the job done and do it in a timely matter I would recommend them 100% Thanx Shane's!!
