Networx Windows and Doors

Our experience with Networx was 100% positive. They were reasonable priced and the windows look amazing. They took great care and made sure everything was perfect including painting and installing the trim on the outside. It’s almost like we have a new house! They were friendly and professional and left the house in better condition than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows or doors....and in fact, already have.

Networx Windows provided a great experience during our window installation. The lead time was short (time from order to installation) and the installation went fairly quickly. Tony was great answering all of our questions and ensuring we were satisfied with everything. The installation crew were friendly and courteous. I have indoor cats and they were careful to ensure they did not get out (they even caught a neighbours cat that was in my yard, thinking it was mine). As with any installation such as this, there were a few issues that came up but were dealt with swiftly by the installation crew. There was a bit of a mixup with the Trim for our windows but Tony immediately made sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We also had one window that had a latch issue after installation (installation was fine, it was the window that was the issue). On mentioning it, Tony stayed for over half an hour and fixed the problem himself. Great customer service. We love our new windows. They look great, and have made a huge difference in both aesthetics as well as heating/cooling and sound transfer. We have and will recommend Networks for anyone that needs new windows.

Full replacement of exisitng windows and doorsTony and his amazing team were fantastic to deal with!As with most homes you never know what to expect when undertaking a large renovation project. When it was discovered that I needed to also replace some of my siding Tony took the time out to come to my office to show me the choices and to ensure the proper decision was made - that's what I call customer service! The end result not only added functionality and value to our home but aesthetically a marked improvement.I highly recommend Tony and the Networx team!

Our 1941 bungalow was in a little need of TLC with windows and siding. We went to the Vancouver Home Show where we talked to several firms and had three come out. Tony with Networx was one of the guys we selected, as he was knowledgeable at the show and down to earth. As we went over what we wanted done, we found that Tony listened to us and didn’t try to jam us down a path that was easy for him, like some of the other companies. We had an older home and wanted to keep some of the charm from that era. In the end we thought his price was reasonable and we contracted to replace all our siding, trim, and windows.They were busy and the project started a little later than expected, but that worked for us. The crew assigned was Dan and Mike. I must say two very dedicated workers with attention to detail that was amazing. Dan provided insight in several areas and changes were made, which we were happy with. Both did a great job keeping the site clean daily and, in the end, we finished within the timeframe anticipated.Our house looks great with the new siding, trim and windows, and we are so happy with the quality of work and materials. I recommend Tony and the Networx team, you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Networx because a contractor has used them quite a few years ago to install a kitchen window in my house. I had already gotten a couple of other quotes that I wasn't really happy with when I remembered to look back through my files on the kitchen reno and find out who my contractor had used for the kitchen window. I am really happy I did because Networx did an excellent job from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and included the outside trim, which they painted with my exterior house paint. The two guys who came to do the install were very skilled at solving all the problems involved in putting new windows into a 1912 house, and Tony came around during the install to check a couple of details we'd talked about when he came to give us the original quote. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have an older house that requires more care and attention during the install.

We have a 35 year old home in Langley Meadows that needed new siding and windows. Tony and his crew are professional and courteous with attention for detail. Networx replaced all of the windows in our home. From the first quote request to the last window install I was thoroughly impressed with the entire Networx team. Dealing with Tony getting everything organized was a pleasure, he was great to deal with and always made himself available. The install team worked in and around the Christmas break in very poor weather conditions with no complaints. The team respected our home, and when they were finished left almost no trace that they were there. The windows and the install itself was flawless, you could see they really pay attention to the details (even if they are working while it's 5 degrees celcius and pouring rain). Overall I was very happy with them and would recommend Networx to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.
