Ordered coffees from the drive thru, bill was $5:90, handed over $7 and got $0:30 change !!!! What they take their own tip now ? Also 3 coffees all wrong, not returning to that one again

Went to grab a quick breakfast this morning around 6am. Took a little too long deciding what I wanted cause it was early. When I got to the window the staff disrespectfully asked me to hurry it up and muttered “that we were holding up the line”. No cars behind us at all. Staff was quite rude to us

Today I went to this location and I took my tea and I asked the order taker twice that i want my sandwich extra grilled, but when i got it, it was not even grilled properly and butter was also not melted. I went back to resolve my problem but the order taker without even apology directed me to someone else which was very disrespectful. When I told the sandwich person about this, she was very rude and said we grilled it, then she took my sandwich and threw it in the garbage bin, as if it was my fault that it was not right at the first place. Then she made my sandwich again, this time she intentionally burnt my sandwich and gave it to me with very rude attitude. Really really poor service. This kind of behaviour spoils the whole day especially when it is morning time.

I've heard bad reviews about this location but I personally experienced good service, and when I go on afternoons, a staff name Shivani is always welcoming customers with a smiley face and with great patience and customer service. I wish all other staffs to follow Shivani . Then you sure will get lots of 5 star reviews . My 5 stars are for Shivani. We're all coming back after long day at work, we always like to see someone smiling and serving. No matter how busy you are, remember that you are working for a restaurant and customer service is the most important.

Once again items missing in my order. Sausage Belt missing the cheese. Bacon Belt missing cheese and bacon. Missing one hash brown with my order. This occurs at least once a week at this location. Doesn’t matter how many times you complain they still never fix their issues. They are more concerned with getting you through the line up rather than the quality of your order

Visiting this location was one of the worst experiences I’ve had going to a Tim Hortons. I placed my order via drive through, the woman at the window, I think her name was Hina wouldn’t even let me take out my card to pay for the food she was yelling that the order was too big and we should have come inside and that we made everyone behind us wait and wouldn’t stop talking about it. Mind you the person behind us has to wait less than a min till we got our food and that was because she was yelling and making me nervous so I couldn’t use my card I had to pay her cash. they forgot to give two of my orders when I go back to explain, she says its my fault and I should have come inside and refuses to give my sandwiches, she ends up giving me one and says if I want the second one I have to pay.

This is definitely tied for best Tim Hortons. I often drive from out of town just to go to this location. The staff members are very efficient and the drinks taste good 9 times out of 10. The night crew is also really good which is rare to find these days lol. The coffee doesn't taste burnt or have the old mixed with the new in the same pot taste either. Im pretty sure they clean their lines like they are supposed to and the drinks are usually hot as well.
